After exploring products online, I invited two companies to show me their products. I found the Kohler products and design to be of much higher quality than the competition. I told them that I was interviewing more than one company and they did not press me to make a decision before I had all the information I needed.

Cost more than I expected

They were considerated and explained everything they were doing in great detail. Came back the next at the time they said they would.

Reunity people did a great job at follow through either us. The sales person that came to our house worked at giving us a fair price and the installation team was terrific.

The Contractors and Plumber creating the space for and installing the new shower were very knowledgeable, timely, professional and respectful in the work they did and the way they did it. I would recommend this particular team to anyone in need of the service.

Our salesman Danny was wonderful, Anthony and Kevin were great, hard working, quick and concerned. Karla was supposed to be our "coordinator" but she was the weak link in the chain, wasn't helpful at all (the minus one star)

Quick professional response at all levels

My shower is in a tight space, which I realize, but my walls, ceiling, and doorframe were gouged and would not have been repaired if I hadn't mentioned it. There is nothing that can be done about the doorframe as it is wooden.

The installation team was very professional and efficient, making sure that everything was installed the way I wanted it.

The installers were friendly. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. When the job was done, they had cleaned away all the mess. The finished project looked great!
