It took 4 appointments and 3 installations to get the shower installed correctly, without damage. The final crew was wonderful and worked hard for service recovery and was committed to getting it right.

I needed the shower to be done quickly but with high quality work. And I got both.

They are all very courteous and helpful.

Any consumer who wants to make an informed decision about remodeling their bath should not seek out Pacific/Renuity first. Get their bid last, then make an informed decision, not a high-pressure sales one. The project coordinator, Millie, gets an "F" because she was a complete no-show. Millie did not even bother to contact us about the business name change, meaning we had to write two checks. Between these two it doesn't look good, but the installation crew saved the day.

Absolutely would recommend! Fast and professional service, great quality product. We are very happy!

The project was not completed as bid. When informed of this the representative of Pacific Bath's comment was "That's how we do things." When I contacted the supervisor about my dis-satisfaction he told me that he was sorry and would like to make things right but when I suggested a compromise with them to correct the problem I was brushed off and haven't heard back from Pacific Bath since. My project remains uncompleted and un-useable to date.
