The team was timely, thorough, and cleaned up well. One point off for a broken toilet seat cover they did not tell me about. But they delivered a new one as soon as I reported it.

I know from my research regarding competitors, e.g. Rebath, Bath Fitter, etc., the profit margin is CRAZY HIGH on these conversions. People have seen my walk-in shower conversion and really like it, but balk at the cost. For the materials used and the high cost, it remains to be seen if the cost is justified. I was willing to take the chance, but most are not.

The clean up afterwards was less than desirable. Damaged wood molding was never fixed after making repeated phone calls. Bathroom mirror had caulk smeared on it and was very difficult to remove.

A few days before scheduled installation I received a call from a regional manner wanting to confirm that we wished to cancel the deal. Not so. Manager said that he had received an email from sales rep that we wished to cancel. I do not have a clue where that came from. Then install team did not know the layout of the shower design that we had purchased. We showed them what we had configured with rep and the installers were able to make it work. The installers were not informed we had purchased glass shower door and panels. Initially we were told that we needed to have custom install of the glass. Installers made calls and determined that we had indeed purchased the glass work and then made arrangements to installation of the glass. That just happened, two weeks after build out.

I have not been able to shower or take a bath for close to 8 months due to all my medical problems. Spit baths were all I could do. The day I was able to use the walk in tub was the best day for me. I was able to sit and clean myself in a tub. It has been the best investment I have made.

Well, our install for the shower was involved for 6 days. Not pleased with that at all. The men were all nice but that was a huge inconvenience for us for the amount of money we paid for this shower.

While our experience was good as with anything there is always room for improvement. In this case more options would be that one area that could use a little improvement. You do however have a few more than some of your competitors.

Almost a month in to a four day restoration, and no solution to my unfished bathroom

The installation of the shower is beautiful. Justin and his partner did an amazing job. We were not too happy with the shower door installation. Cleanup was terrible (footprints left on shower floor and several nicks on the bathtub).

The salesman was nice, the installation team was great, the product is ok, but not 20K ok.

The product is excellent. The end result exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful. Workers kept on schedule and worked well as a team.

I was told the shower doors would not spot they would be clear after a shower and I took my first yesterday and the glass looks dirty and I don't like it at all. I would have never had clear glass put in. What can you to change the shower doors.

The initial installers forgot to remove a plug in the booster thereby preventing hot water tank from working. Three days later a repairman came over and figured out the problem and promptly corrected the error. I'd suggest the initial installers double check their work and have the company reward them accordingly. The fill time was NOT two minutes but closer to 5min. The drain time was accurate. The performance of the walk in tub was F A N T A S T I C!!. What a difference it has been in our lives!!

We are still waiting for the correct door to be installed. The shower is great and the guys that put it in were great. Also liked your salesman, Jack. It just had been a long, long wait to get it finally finished and been very hard to get anyone when we call.

It wasn't just one thing, and it wasn't many issues. The installation team worked well together. One member should have input reference anything he may have observed with the other to influence the quality of the installation at completion. Working together for the common good will generate more happy customers.
