The cleanup was bad. It was a mess all on our front yard on the side yard and also the landscape rocks all have white concrete residue left over from their clean out. We asked for the window sill to be sloped for proper water drainage and they and they confirmed they would do it, but then they did not do it at the back of the window and and water pools on the back of the windowsill.

Follow through on what you tell customers. Don’t make promises that you don’t keep like the sales woman saying she was going to gift us a cleaner for the tub and the installer person saying they scheduled a follow up visit and no one came.

The attention to detail during the finishing clean up was not to the standard Iwould have thought from a company that sells a superior product like Koehler. I am still finding dust. I repaired the corner of the tub where a blob of caulking was just left. I also painted the wall in that corner.

I know from my research regarding competitors, e.g. Rebath, Bath Fitter, etc., the profit margin is CRAZY HIGH on these conversions. People have seen my walk-in shower conversion and really like it, but balk at the cost. For the materials used and the high cost, it remains to be seen if the cost is justified. I was willing to take the chance, but most are not.
