Difficult to communicate with installers. One barely spoke English. The other never said a word in English, so I dont know if he could. They used my master bathroom without asking. Left my garden hose extended across my lawn, never told me they needed it or ask permission to use it. Left equipment in my kitchen, only a broom, but luckily was able to return it before they left. Didnt ask about pets, kept leaving my front door ajar, partially because of using an outlet. When I realized this, I moved the cable to an alternate plug to enable the door to close.

They've been great to work with answering all my questions and I was impressed with the install process, work and team.

They have never finished the job. We were told they would come back to finish what we were told would be done and haven't. When I call I about it I am told I will call you back in 10 mins and no one ever calls. This has happened multiple times.

Everything that had initially been told to me about how the process would work was wrong !
There’s still areas around outside where stucco was damaged & the guy they sent up wasn’t even an employee but sent by someone in company ! I did not have notice of him coming whatsoever & he really didn’t have a clue what to do ! I had to supply the stucco repair but then he argued with me about it even being damage or just paint touch up . If the metal edge is showing to me that stucco not just paint . And again huge communication issue , seems like no one except sales people speak decent English !
As a single woman this is very frustrating issue to deal with & I should in retrospect done better research !

This morning the window has some problems. After installation, Two of the windows consistently develops visible condensation on the exterior glass surface during early mornings. This fogging affects visibility and usability. The phenomenon did not occur with previous single-pane windows and is not present on other newly installed windows of the same batch, even those with unfinished perimeter sealing.
