You are very expensive.
On time, quick , efficient and did beautiful work in exactly two days!
Bill (the lead installer) was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.
It will take time to fully experience the results of the project.
Overall was a great experience and feel we made the right decision on selecting Renuity -Chicago, fka Pacific Bath by Kohler to do this project.
Justin did a wonderful job wrangling his crew, whoever was here to work. Electricians and plumbers even walked me thru what they were going to do and how they planned to accomplish the . Justin had another gentleman working with him, an apprentice (?), and they always kept their work area cleaned up as they went. There were two and three young men that were constantly carrying items needed into the house…and carrying out scraps/garbage, etc. These young men were so kind and amiable! We have grandchildren their ages! They kept their work area around their tool area neat and had tools always available for Justin and any others that needed tools changed out. We were impressed by these young men. The finished job looked clean, I checked things for being “level” as they built, they swept as much of the dust off the floor that they could. There was some glue, caulking and a paste-like substance on the linoleum that I noticed after they had finished and left. But, as a woman who has designed, and helped build, three of our homes, I know how to remove those safely without hurting the flooring. NOT a worry, if it shows in any completion photos.
The two activation-buttons for air and whirlpool-activation, turned out to be backwards. #6 and #7 on the Unit Instruction Sheet provided by Renuity, upon completion of the install. Renuity is currently working on that issue.
Our only complaint, isn’t as much a complaint, as it is an overview;
We are aware of construction costs, wood, wiring, plumber, electrician, crew, travel, permits, etc. But what we hope is conveyed up-the-ladder to Kohler owners and execs? Is that we believe their product is over market price by a significant amount, namely the over $36,000 we paid. My husband has MS, Diabetes and Rheumatism. He’s in constant pain, it never stops, never goes away. I’m praying this tub may give him some relief. Time will tell.

The salesman and installers were very professional. They even removed an old tub and fixed the floor and wall behind it. It took 2 days like they said. They made sure there was very little dust outside of the bathroom. The only reason I gave it a 9 was that I felt it was a little expensive.
Messy install, unprofessional.
I got a beautiful new shower in 2.5 days, and I barely noticed the work being done.
I wanted quality products & that's exactly what Reunity installed!! The 2 gentlemen who installed my walk-in shower were very professional and very nice young men.
Everyone we met with exceeded our expectations
Better communication with the customer.
Competitive pricing with a higher quality Lux Stone experience and top of the line Stainless Steel hardware.
Guys were really nice, did a great job, no mess.
On time, clean, explain what they are doing and the two workers showed to be very experienced.
I really like the quality, the clean look, the seat, and the way the glass doors slide.
I thought your sales process was a bit unprofessional and using strategies that offended me.
Asked if the project would be permitted and was told yes, then no permits were pulled.
We have been treated with utmost respect and care from everyone that we have dealt with within Renuity.
Didn't feel pushed to make a rushed decision.
Dave the in home specialist who told us about the products was very good. Installers Kris and Quinn were professional and kept us well informed. The plumber did an excellent job
I was happy with the installation and the way the shower looks. However, as I explained to the sales rep, there was a tremendous amount of down time and altho I understand the concept of pad, I am not happy that I paid for workers to sit around waiting on other workers. I ultimately think the job was overpriced.
From sales to install all of the people I connected with were courteous and professional. Including the phone! My install team was top notch and detail oriented. The quality of work and materials is wonderful.
Thank you !!
Damage on the ceiling and door trims,
Installers were professional, very knowledgeable
Quility of product
It took 4 appointments and 3 installations to get the shower installed correctly, without damage. The final crew was wonderful and worked hard for service recovery and was committed to getting it right.

Wonderful Experience!!!!
The crew was professional, patient and kind. They spent a lot of time with me deciding where the seat and grab bars were to be place, in addition to the shower head and water controls. They were here 3 days, and cleaned up the mess everyday. They were very friendly and on time. We are thrilled with the shower and the crew. ! Scott was wonderful and came out before the install to review the situation they would be working with. THey had to build a wall. Craig and Robert were terrific to. Craig is funny, does stellar work and is every experienced. Robert is terrific too and never stopped working. The bathroom is up 23 steep stairs, and he went up and down those stairs all day long. He never damaged the wall or anything carrying lumber, Kohler Luxston panels, the shower pan, etc. He is also very polite and friendly. The crew tolerated well our little dog that barked the entire time they were here ! She'd let them pet her but she kept yapping ! As said, all 3 are exceptional and should get a pay raise ! Each one of the men answered any questions that we had during the process. I really dreaded the 3 days they were to be here. However, it turned out to be a wonderful, stress free experience !
Competent, professional yet friendly, helpful techs. On time service.
The installers were very professional, tidy, very respectful to all family members.
Overall I would recommend Pacific Bath to anyone.
How clean they installed the shower. How friendly the workers were.
The work team was very considerate of my home. They prepped it right off the bat. It was also a pleasure to see guys that knew there job and worked as a team to get the job done.
The crew was neat and finished the job in a timely manner.
Love the quality and the workmanship of the products. Workers were awesome and finished in two days like promised
Very professional and polite awesome quality of materials
Quality of work and overall appearance of shower is superb
Very professional, and hard working
The whole process was very well explained and executed. There were no surprises or surprise costs. The workers were so committed to the job that they worked late and finished in one day! It turned out beautifully with no complaints at all. They had a cancellation so we're able to get us in a few weeks early. Fabulous!!
Very high priced charged for a very small shower.
Everything! I could not have improved any step of the process . . . sales, installation, follow up.
THe whole experience from start to finish was A+. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The salesman that met with me seemed like he just wanted to get a sale. He went over measurements which didn’t add up when the project was finally installed, I questioned the installers, they even came to me and asked me how I would like to utilize the extra space I had that the tub didn’t go all the way to the wall. The salesman didn’t go over that with me. The dimensions of the width of the tub wasn’t the correct width, I had called the salesman about it, he told me that the tub I received was the biggest size they had, that it was the “Cadillac” of tubs. I asked the installers about the size of the tub, they said that there were bigger ones. I had scheduled an appointment for them to come to install, but my father had passed away so I had to leave town, at first Ashley, the woman making the appointments in the office, was really nice and accommodating saying that there were plenty of openings, because I didn’t know when I was going to be back in town, I just picked a day, she said if that changes to just let her know. I came back earlier than I had expected, I called the office, hard to get a hold of her, then when I finally DID talk to her, she was very rude to me on the phone and said there weren’t any sooner appointments. I was taken aback by her rudeness, especially knowing about my current situation! When I became short with her and told her to have a nice day, she then wanted to correct her attitude with me. I told my salesman about her, he just made an excuse about how she was over worked. Not good or friendly customer service. I was also Shocked at the price quote I was given, I wasn’t informed about how much interest I’d be paying, I wasn’t
Suppose to get 0% for a year, that didn’t happen, and I felt like the salesman was pushing me to find more income, asking, does your son pay rent? Amy other income? After I had given him my income information. About the interest, he told me to look at my paper work when I get it online. He said, it’s all digital.
Lack of communication with customer, lack of communication between installers and company, poor installation, inadvertent attempt to overbill customer.
