We love our new walk in shower! The team at Reunity were a pleasure to work with. The team they sent to install were very professional and kept our house clean as they were working.

There is a disconnect in communication between their sales team and the productiin/installation crews causing delays and installation problems.

The cleanup was bad. It was a mess all on our front yard on the side yard and also the landscape rocks all have white concrete residue left over from their clean out. We asked for the window sill to be sloped for proper water drainage and they and they confirmed they would do it, but then they did not do it at the back of the window and and water pools on the back of the windowsill.

They were fast and good about cleaning up.

Excellent installation done exactly as I requested.

Honest with attention to detail!

For $20,000 I got a shower that allows water to escape onto the bathroom floor. This didn't happen with my tub/shower with a curtain. It also is a lot of time drying everything off when I'm done with the shower, ie, the glass and walls of the shower. I even have to squeegee the floor to get the water off the floor of the shower.

Job not finish so far not happy wrong material have to reinstall

Communication was not as good as it could have been. Also, customer issue was dropped and not addressed again until the customer brought it up again.

We are happy with our new shower, happy with the installation and the crew. It was done in 1 day although there was no tear out. It was framed and plumbed before they arrived. The 9 rating is because it seems like a lot of money for a shower and we’re hoping it will last for the 15 years it will take us to pay it off.

I’m very pleased with the new shower. The guys did a beautiful job. Always on time, kept everything clean and tidy, were very nice to work with. 5 star ⭐️ all day.

We are still waiting for the glass door to be installed and it’s been over a week since initial work was completed!

There were problems with plumbing and we had to ask them to replace all the green board instead of just half of it. To their credit they fixed the problems. But we were out a bathroom over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The personal is very friendly and helpful. Our experience was just very frustrating.
