Quality of the material

Hole in the drywall first day. Unacceptable shower doors . Shower doors misaligned hits metal frame when closing. Handheld sprayer hose leaks. Wiring for the thermostat severed disabled HVAC system. Hole cut in drywall to splice t-stat wiring $513.00 repair. Inability to install vertical grab bar as requested. Astronomical cost that cannot be justified for tiny little bathroom. Remodel timeframe will be at 3 weeks if all goes as planned. So much for Kohler quality and professional expertise, the main selling point that convinced me to choose Kohler. If job would have been completed as promised (Kohler Professionals) I would have nothing to complain about.

Price is a little crazy

Every single person from Reunity that I dealt with was professional, kind, considerate, and did their job with the utmost precision. I couldn't have been happier.

Everyone involved in this project, including companies sub-contracted for work, was very professional, friendly, on time, and did great work. The one problem we noticed was that the sales rep and other Renuity managers did not seem to communicate well with each other, or with the sub-contracted workers. Overall, we are very happy with our new Renuity by Kohler custom shower.

My project was to convert two shower/tubs to walk-in systems The install crew was professional in every aspect. They took care around everything inside my home during tear out and new installation. They kept a very clean organized work area outside. At the close of the day all areas inside were cleaned and given back to me in a condition that we could spend evenings free of construction obstacles.Finally since I was at home during construction they kept me informed
