Quality of work and time of completion

Kile and Z did excellent work. They were on time, worked long hours, and cleaned up everything before leaving. They were also pleasant and knowledgeable. I would be willing to have them work on my house anytime.

Superb service and highest quality

The whole process was great! Sales people and installers were nice and professional.

I was told it would take 2 days and they’ve been here three time and the sink they removed and replaced doesn’t flow and they said they would fix it

I have mixed feelings about my recent walk-in shower installation. There were several highlights during the process, but the final execution left me with some significant concerns.
• High-Quality Materials: The actual shower components and wall panels are excellent. You can tell the materials are durable and well-made.
• Great Sales Experience: The sales staff was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and made the initial design and ordering process seamless.
• Professional Conduct: The installation crew was friendly, punctual, and respectful of my home throughout the day.
The Issues: Installation & Detail Work
While the "big picture" looks good, the finishing details are where the experience fell short. My primary concern lies with the sealing and seams:
• Inconsistent Caulking: The silicone work is very uneven. In some areas, the seams are heavily covered, while in other spots, there are visible gaps and holes where the sealant should be.
• Water Damage Concerns: Because the seams aren't fully sealed, I am genuinely worried about water bypassing the panels and causing leaks or mold issues behind the walls in the future.
Final Verdict
I want to love this shower because the product itself is beautiful, but the lack of attention to detail during the final stage of installation is worrying. I’ll be reaching out to customer service to have the seams inspected and properly resealed to ensure the shower is actually watertight.

George Oliver handled our remodel from first visit, until the actual remodel was underway. He was very effective and vigilant in getting the process started and on track. Work was done nicely and on time. Results professional!
