Joel, Jesus & Griffin, were really the dream team. So personable, professional, and listened to all my concerns. Joel, as the team lead did an awesome job directing and made sure all were on task. I am totally satisfied with my completed shower. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication and responded quickly to our questions leading up to the install of our shower. Friendly and communicative service on instalation days from the whole team.

It did not pass the final inspection with the city, until it does we will not be satisfied. It look fine the worker were great, but disappointed in the inspection.

Arrived on time, workers friendly and efficient..grab bar was left on the truck, had to wait but stuff happens, pleasant worker completed task. Shower looks beautigul, works as expected.

Process was more complicated than initially expected. The technicians did a good job working out the few problems they encountered. I think more info about preparing for the demo/install would have been helpful.

The service was great. We had a small problem and they were right here to take care of it. The were very professional.

The crew was friendly and very efficient. Floor runners placed throughout bedroom and hall to protect carpet and wood floors. Both bathrooms are turned out beautiful. Just very professional job.

The removal was very bad because workers didn’t cut in old removed walls when the wall was removed it took the texture and off the walls if it was cut with knife the wall would not have been torn off . The installation of shower bar was not done as I asked To repair it will take some EXPERT CARE. The bathroom floor was not properly covered now we have white stains in the textured gray floor With this poor quality I will not

Very professional, focused, and worked quickly. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Work was fantastic and new bath exactly as we discussed. Great experience!!

The wrong shower doors were brought in twice extending the job for six days. Caulking was placed over dirty window seal and old grout. This was fixed after I called and voiced my concern. I ordered and paid for a 34 inch shower and drain to be moved. Plumber unable to move drain because of beam so I went to a 32 inch shower with no drain removed. I asked for a new work order with the new cost of the smaller shower and drain not having to be moved. New work order did not specify difference in cost. After speaking to the representative, I did receive a gift card of 250 for the difference. I feel as though this should have been more and did not receive a new or updated invoice.

Sales and installers were very knowledgeable and skilled

will remind anyone I recommend company to that it doesn't happen overnight and isn't like magic. Its a constructiuoiin process.

Once we were at the stage of install, Devon and Abraham were great to have in our house and were professional and kind. Their competency and professionalism overshadowed the slightly wobbly feeling during sales and with our project coordinator (who also somewhat overpromised and under-delivered). I truly think with a little more training the beginning stages can be more fluid and instill a greater sense of confidence in the overall process.
