After ordering, I was kept up to date on the possible install date...and she was right on!...Sales (Wes) was informative and I didnt feel a "hard sell". Enrique was awesome, as noted below...I have already shared my experience with 2 of my neighbors. Thank you!

Your price point is a premium price point. I feel like I overpaid by $5000 but the quality of the materials and the excellent workmanship needs to be noted as a positive.

It is too expensive. It solved two problems but created two new problems for me.

Renuity salesperson, Construction installation manager and office staff go above and beyond to be sure that the customer is satisfied. I was very pleased with the attention they provided before, during and after my installation.

The shower seat was installed higher than what was agreed to. Was told the building codes could not allow it to be put any lower, but the Pima County Arizona building codes would have permitted it to be lowered more.

Paid a lot of $$$$ & we are having to dump a lot more $ to finish this project. For almost $24 grand I should have a completed master bathroom! Flooring is now concrete.. had to put a stupid shower curtain.. list goes on>>

Adrian and Jorge did a marvelous job on installation.

The job was done in 2+ days, the finished result is beautiful, they cleaned up everything. Anthony and his crew explained everything they were doing, asked questions about how I wanted things and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

The Luxestone product was far superior to the typical acrylic panels offered by most shower remodel companies. The partnership Kohler has with Renuity for installation along with the warranty. Price is the only concern and why we did not give a score of 10.
