My rating is only because of how long it took.

Their roofing truck drove over my neighbors yard and Broke the sprinkler head including ruining part of the grass. They promised to pay and make it right. It is 6 months later no one cares to talk with me or fix this situation after spending 70,000 on a new roof.

The first guy who was there was very professional, but that is where it ends.

Reliable Roofing is very trustful with professional work done for my townhouse community. I am a board member and we hope Reliable Roofing can give us a good deal for a numerous of roof replacements for my community. We highly recommend Reliable Roofing to other homeowners. Thank you.

EDDIE IS AMAZING! He was so kind, communicative, informative, and supportive throughout this whole process. I am a single woman living alone, so I definitely have some fear in being taken advantage of when calling some companies for work on my home, but with Eddie I felt so comfortable. He would explain to me every step in the process, answer all of my questions when I needed further reassurance, and was very professional and committed to the project. I am so happy with Eddie from Reliable Roofing, you won't regret choosing him honestly.

Run for the hills and find a new roofing company.

Don't use them.

Site inspection was not done at all and after opening up roof contractor tried to make additional $37k more money for non inspected work.

Avoid this company. I would give zero stars. My contract started at one price and I had to sign a second contract for almost double once roof was exposed. Terrible customer service. I had to micromanage the project and catch shoddy workmanship every day. Still trying to chase down my warranty and they have now closed their WA state operations just in the past 2 months. Every bad review is part of my experience too.

There was some communication difficulties.

I was quoted one price then when the roof was exposed I was force to sign a second contract for nearly twice the original price and the extra work that should have been done wasn't.

Terrible project management, transparency, communication and pricing. I wrote several reviews that somehow keep disappearing.

The Seattle Reliable Roofing took care of the immediate leaking problem before Christmas which was very much appreciated. The Project Manager was easy to work with even through all the Seattle weather issues and COVID concerns.

Although it was not Reliable Roofing's fault the company, they got the porter potties from left them for two weeks after the installation was finished. I had a hard time trying to get someone to come and pick them up.

A high mark for the workmanship and quality of the job, but a poor rating for the administration. Administration just wants a signed contract and will use effective marketing strategy to achieve that.

The sales agent was responsive to my questions. It was hard to get them to fix the skylight. That took a little while. Other than that, everything was good.

This was the easiest company I have ever worked with. I was just flabbergasted.

Reliable Roofing on the one hand was on time and finished the project on schedule. I am happy with the roof itself, but they were lacking in communication with me after I had some lingering issues which were caused by their roofing crew. Some things still remain unfixed because they have not gotten back to me. In that respect, they fell short.

There is no way I would tell anyone to use Reliable Roofing.

They were very accommodating. Given my personal situation, they did everything they could to get my roof on.

I think they did a good job.

They did a great job. I'm very satisfied.

The work was good. Everything was good.
