Performed as advertised.
I warn everybody not to work with Reliable Roofing. They cut corners every chance they got and I paid way more than I should have.
Reliable roofing was friendly; they communicated well and kept me informed.
I have already recommended Reliable Roofing.
We were very pleased with the work and speediness of the project's completion
Terrible customer service, took a month to finish, poor quality work, nails left daily on driveway, windshield broken, damaged shingles put on the house, project manager promised daily pics but never onsite beyond start and finish, employees calling claiming to be each other when a problem came up, supervisor called threatening me if I didn’t sign off before the job was completed, damaged bathroom ceiling and did a terrible job patching, employees didn’t use magnet for nails only leaf blower and though provided video proof repeatedly was assured they were using magnets to gather all nails. Worker standing on roof smoking a cigarette while spray painting pipes on top of the new shingles. Escalating complaints resulted in management hanging up and refusing asst. Terrible decision.
The service was really quick, but I was disappointed in the cost.
I am disappointed in how they overcharged me. They tried to sign me up for something to pay $100 a month. I have equity in my house and was able to use my equity. I went through hell. I don't like their service or the way they do business. I had to do something. They lied to me and set me up. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would tell people to call someone else for a better deal.
They were great when they came out to give an estimate. My only drawback was once I signed the contract. When they inspected the roof, they didn't test it to see how many roofs were on previously. Once they tore the roof off, they found out it was re-roofed. They tried to make me pay another $30,000.00. My husband, being a roofer knew the strategy of how the estimate was supposed to be given. He said they should have done a patch test to see how many roofs were there.
I think they did a great job and were really knowledgable, but I also felt like there were a lot of sales tactics being used, and a lot of attempts to upsell me to more work.
I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had enemies, I might consider recommending them, but probably not even then.
I originally wanted to have my second story roof repaired and after being convinced that I needed a new roof including new sheathing, I agreed to have the work done. In retrospect, I've realized that it was the right thing to do.
The worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Stay away, run away, don't believe them, don't trust them. They will ask you to provide tools they need. They didn't bring extension cords, wanted to use my ladders to get to the roof, and they did not deliver Owens Corning materials. I had to fight with them to bring the right materials.
They were very fast and efficient. They are a little pricey, but the work was done very well.
After giving them almost $37,000 we have two different colors on our roof. Nobody will talk to us about it, and we have called several times. Tito McKinney sold us the roof. It ended up to be a lot more than we expected. We know we can’t do anything about that, but at least we would like the same color on the whole roof. We are in our 80s so we couldn’t climb up there to check after we paid it in cash, and then they sent us pictures. We have never seen a roof done like this before. We are going to put in a complaint to the contractors state license board.
I was pretty satisfied with them.
I might have found a lower bid but for a major roofing project I'd be taking a chance. I knew that by using Reliable Roofing all the proper permits would be pulled, they would have adequate insurance, and their bulk purchasing and multiple jobs in the area means I would be getting a fair price.
would definitely recommend, they were very nice, helpful and understood my concerns and addressed them
If asked who did our roof will be glad to recommend Reliable Roofinf
They did the job in good time and as they said they would.
They did a great job. From start to finish they were great.
Can’t recommend it for the cost and the quality of execution.
To costly, to inefficient, to unreliable, to disorganized and messy.
No
I am out
Reliable Roofing was easy to work with and the work was well-done.
No, too expensive
worst company ever
They were difficult to communicate with and I felt rushed through the entire process. This proved to be true because they didn't look at my units to ensure that all entry points were covered. Severe dust and debris entered the home and the tenants property was damaged.
Way too expensive! Online quote was 20k it ended costing 120k for a small 2 bedroom house, simple hip roof.
Somewhat hesitant.
Awful experience from start to finish. Unprofessional liars with incompetent crew.
Not happy with company
I would not recommend Reliable Roofing to a friend. The persons that I delt with were professional and informative, but the total cost for having my roof replaced was very high. $34,000.00 is a lot of money. Home advisor stated that the average cost for a new roof would be around $21,000.00. However, it was nice to see the roof hold up after all the rain that fell in the last three months. Nice to see no indoor leaks.
yes we will
I have another leak in my roof where they attempted to fix it. Not happy about this.
I would not recommend them after the experience I had with them. I was very dissatisfied with my project, and they do not always do what they say they will.
Definitely, I would recommend this company.
Foreman rarely on job site. Contracted for sloped roof, but roof they built had flat spots, so they had to tear off and completely redo. This was only after I repeatedly pointed out the deficiency.
Good job just one little thing the metal edging on the den when they installed it the old rain gutter was still on and they cut around the nails that held it on now that its raining so hard I had a little leak I put a small piece of ten behind the cut edges and the leak stopped
Definitely reliable as their name implies.
Job not finished by contract: inspection not completed & signed by inspector.
Well informed, friendly and accessible for questions. Responded quickly when asked about roof details. Willing to work with me on schedule and pricing. Completed work in a timely fashion. Work was of excellent quality.
I had some difficulty recommending Reliable Roofing to some neighbors who inquired. While the roof looks beautiful and is not leaking - communication with management was dreadful. Not reliable - no or slow follow through
The employees were very nice, very friendly. However, the price almost doubled from the initial agreement due to the price of the wood for the roof, or so they said. The workmen were very messy and DID NOT clean up all the debris and staples around my yard and both neighbors. Neighbor had to clean up herself as she had small children. I’m still finding staples after almost one year. They did not clean out the gutters of all the debris. There was a great deal of broken glass from my solar panels all over my drive and front yard. I would not recommend this company.
Reliable Roofing was a terrible service company. They had to totally redo part of my roofing job over again, and their foreman was rarely on the job site. They had people show up without equipment or even a ladder. This is a terrible contractor.
Essentially, they failed to properly protect the contents of the house from the roof when they removed the roofing. They also left a lot of debris throughout the garden, which we had to contact them to come and clean. I discovered a room afterwards that was also covered in debris.
No, I can't say that I can recomend them. I had a leak that several different roofing contractors said appeared to originate from the newly installed air conditioner on the roof. However instead of fixing the leak they said my perectly functional old roof needed to be replaced and as part of that they would fix the flashing around the AC. The cost for this was $ 24K. A month or so after the roof is installed it rains again and the leak is stil there. The solution to the leak was for me to get a second part of the roof redone for an additional $20,000. However upon inspecting the roof myself I realized this would not fix the leak which does still come from some where around the AC. So as far as I am concerned these guys are a high preasure sales outfit. My new roof was well installed and very good looking and aparently has a better fire rating than the old one. Just $20K of unneeded work. (asuming $ 4k would have fixed my leak.)
I think that they should have clarified much more than they did. The way they presented it to me was one price and one way, which was fine. Later, they asked if I wanted paneling put on, and made it seem like I needed it. It just didn't work out as well as it could have. There were just a few things that weren't exact. He said he would take the satellite dishes off, which they didn't do. I didn't like how they didn't represent how it really was with my roof. They were okay, but I didn't like the way they were shady about that part. People might be thinking that they have to get that paneling. The end product was okay.
I feel like the salesman sold me products that they were going to put on my house, but they did not use those same products. They did not install the same quality product that I was sold. I did not understand all of the roles for everyone. I felt like anytime I had a comment or concern, their attitude was poor towards me.
