The staff were very welcoming from the time we walked in the door. Alexis is fantastic working with and Rosanne. Then when we met with the Jeff and Garrett we told them what we would like at the site, they advised us and we couldn’t picture it. But when groundbreaking began, they knew exactly what we were looking for and what our vision is.

I am highly satisfied with the process and construction of my Red Door Home! I love the floor plans and how you can customize. The entire team (shout out to Scottie, Rosanne, Kaleb, and Dale!) was great to work with-all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Design meeting was ok didn’t go quite as planed

I am between two of their areas where I am building, and where I am closer to is a cheaper area than where I have me dealing with, so I have to pay higher prices.

Suggested some more technical and esthetic advice for homeowners new to building.

We had a couple of issues with our wants. Some of them were not passed along the chain. There were something's that we requested that were not included in the plan.

There were a LOT of major issues during the build itself and after with the warranty. The consultant wrote down the counter tops in the wrong order. The counter tops in the kitchen were put in the bathrooms and vice versa. WE have to live with HER mistake.

Overall experience was a lot simpler and easier than I thought it would be.
