Overall happy, although attention to detail during actual building process was less than desired.

Natalie, Stephanie, and the lady in the office were very pleasant, patient, professional, and proficient. They answered all of my questions, and they did not seem irritated with my line of questioning. They were simply wonderful.

Red Door Representatives were very knowledgeable, patient, understanding in making sure I understood the process.

Communication between the rotating builder contact was terrible. Cheap contractors who don’t care about about how it looks or works. Even the touch ups were bad. Left stains all over the carpet. The “cleaners” they hired did absolutely nothing but sweep the floor. I spent 2 days cleaning up after them. The AC unit went out the first night I stayed the night. The plumbing was stopped up from someone flushing paper towels down the toilet. The hot water stopped working. Would not recommend this builder to anyone

Team at red door helped make our decision of our home simple, easy and helped us understand the process. We lost our home to a fire in January, we were so overwhelmed and had been to so many other places to look at homes and options. I think that Red Door meets a person where they're at with respect and courtesy, not intimidation. Most people that never built a home before are intimidated. Red Door walks you through it with no pressure. They were here for me.
