I thought we were doing the right thing by "upgrading" our water softener, but we now have rust stains in all bathrooms and appliances that we Never had with the "cheap, not working properly (per the non-sales person that came to our house) Whirlpool softener."

While everyone, including myself, is prone to think that companies are out to get our money. I beg to differ with RainSoft. They were wonderful to work with. They made provisions I was not expecting and that was a plus. My Older Dog completely stopped drinking water mid-summer and I was at my wits end. I made an appointment with RainSoft not knowing the outcome and I was truly amazed of how many contaminants were in my tap water. I was not surprised my dog stopped drinking it. Colton did the test multiple times and took samples from multiple faucets as well as the filtered refrigerated water to make sure I understood the significance of the discovery. Amazing. The unit was installed and my Dog and I are very grateful. I was in tears when I saw my dog drinking water on her own without any coaxing or having to drown her food to get her to drink. Totally recommend RainSoft.
