The safety and health of our customers and team members are extremely important to us. Due to our role in safeguarding America’s drinking water, under the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order, water treatment is deemed an "essential” business. We are working by appointment only. Our current hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm. We have our employees check their temperatures before starting work each day, and have instructed them to stay home if sick. Before entering a customer's home we use hand sanitizer, and when entering we wear booties and masks and keep the recommended 6 foot distance between us and them. We wash our hands often and wipe down anything we touch in the customers home. We are delivering salt to porches, and mailing out any filters. Our employees who can are working from home. We are hoping this is over soon and we are trying to do our best to help until it is.
Great install. Quality work Only complaint is that in summer both tanks sweat and get water all over my floor Which will eventually cause damage I’m going to see if they will install a pan before the water goes up against my wall and starts ruining it

We learned so much about our water and how we can drink safe, pure water. This is very important to maintain good health.
Both Mr. Darling and Kevin that installed the equipment. Very professional. Never did we feel uncomfortable or pushed into anything we did not want or need. They explained each step in the testing of our water and the steps necessary to install what we needed.
We knew our water was "hard" water, but we had no idea how bad. We also found out we have nitrates in our water. We were most concerned with how we can get rid of anything harmful to our drinking water. Our expectations for the system installed have exceeded our expectations. Just knowing when I take a drink of water it is pure and when I use water to wash my clothes, take a shower or water the lawn, I am doing my part to use clean safe water.

The technicians were very nice.
I would like to recognize the two technicians. They were both very professional. Also, the young man who came to the house to do the checks and recommendations. They all did a fine job.
