As stated above no way. There is no way in heck we would ever recommend Rainier View to our worst enemy. This whole experience has been a nightmare. We were also charged the full amount before the job was done.

I had a proposal for the COMPLETE job from another company for $5000 less than our roof ended up costing. Very underhanded on his part. I have several rental properties and will not use them again.

Our project had some specific challenges due to the age our our home. Rainier View communicated clearly, set expectations, and did an outstanding job. Great value. We could not be happier with our roof, and how well we were updated on all aspects of the job.

This is the second project Rainier View Construction and Roofing has performed for us, the first job was refurbishing our decks with new decking, several years ago. Don and Tracey are very helpful and knowledgeable when we needed help. We never met Chris, the team leader. Adam, who did the actual installation is very helpful and efficient. About 10 days after the installation was finished,we had a wind storm which blew the new skylight off of our home. The skylight blew off the main house, hit the garage roof (denting one new shingle), then hit our camper (putting a small hole in the roof), then came to a rest against the yard fence. We called right away and Adam was here and had a new skylight installed within 3 hours, while the wind storm was still happening. Adam also filled the camper top hole with sealant to stop significant water infiltration, when he was here in the middle of the night. We also, later, had a question about the warranty, which was answered to our satisfaction. Rainier View has done great follow-up work with us.

I was very please with all parts of the Rainer View Construction and Roofing job. They did our roof and it is beautiful. The crew were wonderful to work with as well as Tracey and Chris, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Joe and James came to talk to us about our roofing needs and quoted us a price of almost $30,000 for a 3 bedroom rambler!!! The previous quote we had received was $16,000! Joe then told us that he had only received $1 for his previous job; was he giving himself and James $5000 each for this job? We turned his offer down and THEN he came back and said he "could do" the $16,000 bid.

He showed us many different options to choose from. The estimate given was well prepared with all costs identified up front. The swiftness of the install went well beyond our expectations. The crew was experienced, polite and hard working. They completed the job in 2 days.The yard was cleaned up after them without ruining any of our plants. We highly recommend them to anyone.

In researching different companies I found that Ranier really follows through on commitments. For something that costs so much money they made the whole experience very bearable.

I was not home during the installation but my husband said that he loved the workers who did the job: their attention to detail and cleanliness specifically. They also were replacing the sky lights and they were good about making sure things did not fall into the house from the ceiling. My husband was impressed with how well they worked. All of their employees, even the 8 guys who came out on the last day, were so nice and great. They certainly train them well. Chris and I were talking about this. The employees knew exactly what was expected of them. They really did understand their training.
