Had rotten siding on two sides of my house replaced, insulation installed, and a gutter repaired when we determined it was a source of some rot. The folks at Rain City Exteriors were fast and professional. If I had questions or concerns, they were receptive to them. There were a few discrepancies between what I expected under the siding before they opened things up and what they found. They worked with me to ensure changes from these differences were resolved in a timely way. I would gladly work with them again and I highly recommend them.

Rain City was great to work with. They always showed up on time and were fast and efficient. We had a leaky porch overhang that they fixed for no extra charge, and they also fixed a few other problem areas that weren’t added to the overall estimate. I had to get my house siding replaced because when my home was built they used that Masonite siding. My siding was absorbing water whenever it rained and in areas was actually crumbling. So I bit the bullet and got 3 or 4 bids for replacing it. I ended up choosing Rain City Exteriors out of Kirkland (raincityexteriors.com). In fact 4 of the 6 units in my small condo complex have had Rain City Exteriors replace their siding. All the residents are happy with the work.
They provide a good product in being certified Hardie Board installers. The crew boss, Jose Aguas, was always available via text, phone call, or email for any needed communication. I will recommend Rain City Exteriors for any residing or exterior painting jobs you may need doing.

Of all the companies I contacted, Rain City had the most reasonable pricing. I did read reviews of each company and I knew some folks had concerns with their service, but I didn’t want that to cloud my judgment.

We had a fantastic experience working with Rain City Exteriors. They painted the exterior of our home, stained our fence, installed a deck skirt and added flashing to one of our windows. We got three quotes and their pricing was right in the middle. Everyone we worked with from the initial consultation through the end of the project was friendly, professional and prompt with their communication. We love the way our home turned out and wouldn't hesitate to work with them for future projects.

Rain City provided excellent service and the finished product turned out exceptional. We are completely satisfied. They were the only company we got estimates from, who would take off all of the old siding and replace it, which they did in the inlaid style. They were the most reasonably priced by far. The workers were thorough, polite, and professional. They worked incredibly hard each day and we felt that the house was finished and painted in a very timely fashion. We got to pick out a custom color for the house and the results were beautiful. Rain City also fixed previous issues with the old siding. We cannot thank them enough for the incredible work they did! 

The craftspeople at Rain City are quite excellent. The work was done very well, with high quality materials and all workers that showed up really cared about the job being done to a high standard. They presented options and took care of finishes. HOWEVER, Rain City needs to seriously invest in their infrastructure. We were renovating a house before we moved into it, and deliveries of materials would come in without previous notice. Workers would get pulled in multiple directions while being here on the job so often, workers didn't show up when we were told they were coming and then would turn up without any notice. We ended up terminating the contract and doing some minor finishes ourselves, because the communication was so frustrating. Additionally, we were just informed that the roofers didn't re-attach the wires for our electricity mast after the job was done. We now need to contact our electrician to come and put that back. IF, Rain City were to truly get organized, we would recommend them with flying colors. Again, their craftsmanship is excellent. They just need to make sure they have enough workers for all their jobs and finess their scheduling and communication with clients.

We are happy with the final product. Along the way issues did arise, that could have been avoided with better communication. That being said everything that we had to address, was taken care of in the end. I felt like there were times it could hae been omre efficant. The crew, overall was good, and the project manager was great.

Rain City Exteriors was incredibly efficient and the siding removal, installation, and painting work was very high quality and the cost was fair. They started on time and finished ahead of schedule. The paint color used was not the color we picked (apparently this was an issue on the paint supplier side) but Rain City was very responsive and made the situation right immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their siding.

I took 3 bids and Rain City came in the lowest and the 2 guys that did the install really worked their tails off! here from 8;00 AM to 6 PM for 4 days, Very Skilled, Polite and Professional. Yes I would recommend rain city in fact they are going to reside the aluminum sided house across the street, like they did ours.

Overall I was satisfied with the final product. Some of the crew didn't clean up well -- I found over a dozen nails in my yard one day -- but when I asked them to come back and clean up better they were prompt in doing that. They did a nice job with my siding and windows, but the painters were super sloppy and missed several spots. I had to have them return more than once to finish the paint job. Everyone was super polite and easy to work with.

It has been a full four seasons since we got our home resided by Rain City Exteriors and we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the materials used. The house looks great and so far there have been no issues. The crew that did the work had good attention to detail and discussed with us things that came up on the job. I spoke with a variety of contractors in concern to my leaking roof and siding projects. I selected Rain City because they took the time to listen and even scout my roof and attic for leaks. They where able to locate the issues and build a plan to fix my situation. Along the entire project, Rain City, never took a shortcut and always listened to my feedback. Guillermo was also a great salesperson - helpful, not pushy. Responsive to our requests and reasonable in negotiations. When project management fell through, Guillermo answered the phone to ensure someone would help resolve our issues.

I would highly recommend Rain City. Our project manager, Jose, went above and beyond in terms of communication, problem solving, and finishing the minor details that most companies may have ignored. He was always available to answer our questions and stopped by frequently to communicate with his team. We four different teams working on our home (roof, siding, painting, gutters). I was the most impressed with the roof, siding and painting teams. They were kind, courteous, and extremely hard-working. We were under a time crunch to get the work done. They worked long hours and weekends to help us get it done promptly without sacrificing quality. The only thing I would note, which was no fault of Rain City, but our old home had 3 layers of old siding to remove with no insulation. It added a significant amount of money and time to our bid. Just something to think about and possibly plan for an older home. All in all, our house looks fantastic and we will use them for future projects!

I hired Rain City to install a new roof and new James Hardie siding for the entire house, including all new window trim. Window trim included sills and moldings. Rain City did a great job of working with me to match the window trim style of the 1925 home by combining James Hardie trim pieces with wood trim as needed. I chose ColorPlus siding so Rain City only needed to paint the trim on the 25+ windows. All of the employees I dealt with were professional and made sure we were satisfied with their work.

We hired Rain City Exteriors to replace all of the siding on our house, paint the whole exterior (including window frames), and replace the roof. Their workmanship and attention to detail was good. They were able to start the job quickly, and although it sometimes took a little pushing to get certain things done to our satisfaction, in the end, they were able to meet the hard deadline that we established at the start. Everyone was easy to work with, and they were always willing to fix any issues that came up. They also assisted us in preparing multiple estimates for the insurance company.
