I paid a little extra to go with Quality Home Products because I wanted someone that would service what they sell and my brother bought from them and was happy overall. For scheduled routine maintenance they have done okay. I have had my generator for just under 4 years, and in that time we have had a couple of weather events where I needed my generator. It worked no problem and that's great. However for the second time my elderly brothers generator did not start and it was just service 3 weeks prior to Beryl hitting. Both times I called Quality to try and get him some help and all I get is voicemail. We have been calling for three days and nothing. Left messages with no reply.. So be warned if you have an issue during a weather event you are on your own!

The salesperson was not pushy, but he was thorough, and he's worth listening to even if you don't like listening to long deals. As soon as he started, I knew I needed to hear more. It's all well worth it.

The water is great. We don't have to buy any more water bottles, and when we take a bath in the water, it feels good!
