Whatever y'all promised, y'all deliver. It was really good. It was a great presentation from the salesperson. After that, when the job was done, he called me almost two weeks later and asked how it was doing. I think that is really good customer service.

Crystal Ioanndis was amazing! She’s very professional and her personality is refreshing. Louis Trevino was professional, patience when answering my questions and kind.
I would highly recommend them. So far, the product is working well. The employees conduct themselves professionally, and things were done in a timely fashion.
MaryEllen was extremely nice and explained everything very well. Clearly she knew the product. My water purifying system was installed in just a few days and Jose and his two assistants were so polite. It would have been easier for them to place the equipment outside by the main water supply but I wanted the equipment in the garage and Jose said, "that's perfectly fine. If you would feel better with it in the garage, then that is where it's going." Great company and great employees. As far as the water...,it's awesome. It tastes great with no chlorine smell, and it is wonderful to bathe in and launder with.
My representative, Mark, from Quality Home Products of Texas was great. Brian was great as well. Both were good.
Everyone that I talked to was so helpful and when I told them that someone was here already testing my water they called to inform me that it was not anyone from their company and made sure that I was safe.

I do like the taste of the water. (I do appreciate not lugging plastic gallon jugs oh water from the store to the house!) However, it can be a little inconvenient to go the garage, turn off the system to water indoor and outdoor plants then, turn the system on again. It’s not hard to do, just a bit inconvenient. The water in my house feels great. My skin feels softer and my shower door does not seem to hold water spots. I have already recommended RainSoft.
Love my new water system as it is everything I could have asked for and more.
