Quality Home Products of Texas did not deliver what they promised on time. They promised me that they would bring a hydraulic machine to put a new hole under my driveway to put the pipe in, but they didn't bring the machine the first day. They only sent a couple of people to do it manually, so they worked the whole day and couldn't accomplish it, so I had to wait three days. Finally, brought the machine that was supposed to be there in the morning, but it came at 6:00 p.m. and finished at 8:00 p.m. So, it was a long wait for the installation. They said it would only take one day, but it took almost a week.
It is a good product and is working.

He also addressed my wife's questions well, and explained the cleaning product line that was included in the offering. Todd was reassuring that the installation team would address my install concerns, which they did to my complete satisfaction. I'm well pleased and my wife is also with both the water softener and RO systems installed.
