Josh from Puroclean and contractors or employees handled the job professionally. My questions has been answered patiently during the job. They made sure the cleanup done per the expectation after the job.

Puroclean would've gotten a higher rating if they had been more cautious of my items. They didn't cover things as they should've.

The company Puroclean hired did the work with the wrong material and it was never corrected.

The customer service and the work were excellent. Hopefully, I won't need them again for another flood. I would strongly recommend them. I would give them 5 stars from the work they did to the customer service.

Great workmanship. Excellent customer skills. Each process of the claim, (over a period of 3 months), was carefully explained to us. Although, it took a greater period of time, I was not stressed, because of Pureoclean employees "outstanding" customer service skills, i. e, calling if late, or change of schedule; were no problems to us. As I stated above, I would never use Puroclean again for anything. I wish your survey would allow me to give them a zero star rating as I am completely dissatisfied with their professionalism, work ethic, work quality, reliability, performance, communication, trustworthiness and billing amount and accuracy. I have nothing positive to say about them except that I was not disrespected to my face - at least they were friendly.

In today’s world I cannot write enough positive about the employees . The concern and care my family received was tremendous!

I felt like my communication with them was terrible. I feel like I had to constantly contact them to get anything done. My point of contact was terrible. The paperwork did not come for two months after. The time frame was ridiculous. It started in March, and it was not finished until June, and it was not that big of a job.

Puroclean was very thorough, cleaned up well after themselves, and they were polite to my family.

Puroclean was amazing, they handled everything in a timely manner, and thoroughly explained what they were doing every step of the way. They made a stressful time so much easier.

There were a few items that they left at the house but they did a good job.

My only comment on their service that was negative was that they were in a hurry because they were allotted a two week time frame, and there was a lot of stuff in this house.

We woke up to a flood all over our main floor. We called our insurance company which in turn called Puroclean. They were in our house vigorously removing water and installing large fans and dehumidifiers in no time at all. They told us what they were going to do, they did it, and followed through on everything. All the employees were efficient and courteous. Their crew moved out all the furniture, dishes, pot and pans and more in an efficient manner while remaining sensitive and accommodating to our needs during time of high stress. They could not have done a better job! I recommend them to anyone.
