The Seller was on a fixed income, and was no longer to afford the maintenance, upkeep, and taxes, in addition to her mortgage payments. Also, due to declining health, mowing the lawn and trimming the bushes was getting to be a real chore. We helped her move from here to an apartment, still in the school district that she wanted to keep her daughter in. At Property Solutions, LLC, we like it when everybody wins.
