I think they did a beautiful job, but I just notice yesterday that the floors are rising. I am not sure what it is. I need to call them to come look at it. It might not be good. They were very courteous and seemed to work quite well. I did have some problems with some of the installments of some of the utilities, which I called them on several times to rectify after they finished.

The work with them started 8/2019 I am still dealing with items not completed. Alot of the work was trash and i had to have other people repair my things. I paid for stuff that i wasnt reimbursed. My issue mostly was with PCM. They had to knock down my restroom again because the work was awful. I wish i could show pictures.

I was very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through of the scheduled work. A two month process turned into four months. They did not adhere to their own commitments. I felt forced to sign off final paperwork of work completed when I was not satisfied with the way it was done or the way I was treated. I would not recommend this contractor .

The gentleman who explained what they would be doing did not follow through at all. He turned it over to someone who did not know anything about it and they almost put the wrong color paint on. The two guys who came out and did the work were great but their supervisors were not great. Some days they did not show up at all and did not tell us that they were not showing up.

Everyone was so professional, courteous, and kind. I am a senior citizen and they were very patient with me. It was just a wonderful experience and I really appreciate them.

Property Construction & Maintenance is very responsive. Ricardo, William, and Jose have been amazing to work with and it has been a good experience considering it was during a hard time.

In general, the work was done properly. They have tried to cover and minimalize the dust to the other parts of the house. However the scheduling was terrible. The work done are slow. There are just too many idle times in between the job.

I would suggest that if people use the company that they do not leave valuable things behind because they get lost.

My overall assessment is that PCM construction is either poorly managed or understaffed, maybe both. I believe their construction manager is tremendously overworked, which makes it almost impossible for him to respond in a timely manner, as well as to schedule workers in a timely fashion. I believe they need to have additional staff and project managers, so that project time frames can be met in a more timely fashion. Excessive delays with no explanation or forewarning should not be allowed. In my case there were days and sometimes weeks with no activity and no explanation. Not satisfactory to me at all. And according to them my project was not a big project.

Horrible experience! I would never use a contractor that was signed by my insurance again for future claims.

They were very professional. I deal with a lot of professional companies.

PCM was extremely professional throughout the process between our first meeting through final completion. They adjusted their schedule to our needs and exceeded our expectations in timing and communication of what was going to be done and when it was to be done.
