I would highly recommend now because I don’t think many roofing companies would use these type of materials and do that kind of work. I was very satisfied.

Being more careful with plants in the flower beds. Numerous plants were damaged and Proper Roofing failed to reimburse us for the repair costs.

There are entirely too many ppl involved in the process. I counted 6 ppl contacting me, starting w the guy knocking on my door asking if I was interested in am estimate. Then the one guy who does show up was someone I had not received a text from. Too many ppl, w too many job titles. Made it confusing.

The work was well done and I am satisfied

I was disappointed in the way my job was done with Proper Roofing and Remodeling. We had a lot of issues that may have been their fault of the fact that it was the day after Labor Day. There were sequences that happened that caused the job not to be as good as it should have been.

I think everyone at Proper Roofing and Remodeling was great.

Our salesman was really that. He started telling us what all could be repaired and replaced with at a least price tag 4x more than we expecting to spend.

Have to be very descriptive to get the roof install done correctly. Manager who never installed a roof thinks he knows better and knows about the roofing system. He refuted all my points on a proper install per IKO videos. Not taking responsibility for the companies errors during installation. Contradicting what IKO guidelines per videos from IKO.

Original door solicitor named Will was respectful but very pushy. Signed me up for an inspection without me realizing it and said it would make him look bad if I canceled, so urged me not to cancel.
Bryan the sales rep who did the inspection was great. Absolutely great no issues.
The guys who actually were on the roof was the main issue. I had no idea they were coming before the scheduled date and just realized once I heard climbing and noise on my roof. When they came and did the actual work, they were throwing shingles and the vent boots off the roof into the yard, no issue with that. However they did hit my car which produced a dent In the fender. Customer service gave me $200 back for the damaged fender.

We are very satisfied. From the salesperson to the installers, everyone from Proper Roofing and Remodeling was great. Since they did not speak Spanish and I do not speak English, they put me in contact with Gilberto at the office so that he could translate.

I thought Proper Roofing and Remodeling was priced a little too high, but I wasn't unwilling to do business with them. The high price is the only negative, I would say. That brought my rating down from a 5 to a 4.

I felt pressured to make a quick decision, so I would tell others to be ready to move forward when contacting your company. This is not a direct improvement for the company.

Great company to do business with. My only suggestion is that there should be a window of maybe 5 days for the same price as the day of inspection. A lot of folks are like me, in that they are NOT going to make a snap decision involving thousands of dollars at the time of the inspection, but there is pressure due to the great price at the time of inspection versus the price that’s good for a year.

Overall good job. Prompt, quick 2-day installation (1 day roof, 1 day attic barrier). No downpayment was required. Financing was available, but I did not use this service. Price was reasonable and the warranty is excellent.
