Very quick install

The salesman made it sound that flashing around chimney would be replaced, but that ended up not being the case. A piece of fascia board on back left side of house needed to be replaced, and it would have been helpful to replace it at the time of the roof install for me, but without looking at it, I was quoted a couple of hundred dollars more. After spending $28,000 for the roof, I didn't at all think I got a good deal.

The representative was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Very good listener too.

This work was done at my mother's house and she now has a leak. She has been reaching out to Proper because we are supposed to have strong storms this weekend but they do not have any one that can come inspect until next week which could lead to more damage if the rains do come this weekend as anticipated. Even if someone could visit to place a tarp, this would be appreciated.

I like that the guys who came to give the roof inspection explained everything in detail, showed me pictures, and made things very understandable for a non-roofer.

I requested a solid black tile for my roof. Instead, I got a mixture of gray and black, exactly what I didn’t want!

They did an adequate job. The only problem I had was getting them back out to look at my roof when a hole got punched in it. I guess they were busy with other people, but I ended up having to find somebody else to repair the roof. Other than that, they seemed to do a pretty decent job. It looked like they cleaned up most everything. After they were done, I found a few odds and ends, but other than that they did a pretty good job and it was quick.

The work crew arrived on time as promised, efficiently completed the job, and cleaned the work area completely. The project manager even stopped by to personally inspect the completed work. These guys are intent on securing customer satisfaction.

I found that the entire team, from the salesperson, to the contractors, and the management, did an outstanding and professional job in handling my projects. I am very pleased with the overall results.

Roof is good with good materials used. Expensive. High pressure sales tactics. Salesperson overpromised jobsite cleanup including promising that nets would be used to catch debris and yard would be magged several times to pick up nails. When I asked the jobsite foreman about the promised nets, he had no idea what I was talking about and seemed to indicate that the nets weren't reasonable.

My husband handled all the details with the people, unfortunately he passed away and all I can say is he was pleased with the outcome.

I was extremely impressed with the salesman’s presentation and his explanation of the product. He was very thorough and helpful. But the person who came to do the work had me open my garage and left without any explanation.

I would definitely recommend Proper Roofing. The original presentation covered everything very well, so I knew exactly what I was getting. All the work progressed in a timely manner and I was kept informed at all times. I appreciated the professionalism and the quality of work.

The sales guy is pretty aggressive. I tried to kick him out three or four times. He seems pretty persistent and was not accurate in his information.

They were supposed to do something that was in the bid, but they didn't.
