They showed up when they said they would, they completed the job in the time the said they would.

If you want a impact and hurricane rating roof this is the way to go.

Proper Roofing was impressive when it came to the work they did and their communication from start to finish. They walked me through the process and I was really impressed.

Work was done quickly and with little mess, but communication was terrible. There were so many managers and so little communication between them. They brought the wrong paint for the soffit, which delayed that part by a day or two.

The project lead didn't actually come out to verify the work was completed properly, despite a different manager telling us that the project lead would do so. Overhead they asked us if the team did the project correctly and to our satisfaction. Neither my wife not I are roofers, how should we know if they did it right?

This was a gutter job. Not roofing. So your experience may be different for a roof install.

I fell for the sales pitch. Paid WAY too much for way too little. Super nice guys for the most part, but shame on me, I should have done more research. Thought for the price I paid I would be getting be bigger better gutters. Materials are ok, but they're just regular 5" gutters like you can get a Home Depot, but seamless. No leaf guards, and no downspout extensions where they were clearly necessary. For the price I paid they really should have been included.

One area was clearly crooked, and the downspout was a cobbled mess of joints. Took weeks for them to send someone out to straighten it out. Crew was supposed to be there Monday, no call no show. Showed up late Tuesday with no warning. Complained that they had to drive 1.5 hours from Katy to Pasadena. Then did a halfass job fixing it. Did not bring a new downspout pipe to replace the old (too short) one so they had to use short pieces to "extend" it and it's still too short. I was so fed up I just told them to finish and leave.

Doesn't matter how nice the sales and staff people are if the installation and final product are not up to par.

I felt like I overpaid.

The company just did a fine job from the very beginning. Proper Roofing was always professional and did a good job.

I had a roof and radiant barrier installed. A few weeks later my daughter noticed a wet spot on the ceiling so I notified Proper Roofing and left a message. Nobody contacted me back, luckily I had the phone number for one of the representatives and was able to set up an inspection. He stated it could not be the roof for certain reasons and recommended that the HVAC be inspected for leakage. I called a HVAC Technician and they stated that I looked like someone released the strap that kept the HVAC level which caused it to tilt and leak. This was probably done when the radiant barrier was installed. He also stated that it looked like the ent hoses had been stepped on and the furnace flu was hit and disconnected, which is dangerous. Something I forgot to mention is that when I did an inspection when the radiant barrier was installed I noticed that one of my HVAC hoses strap was not reinstalled causing the vent to bend in half and restrict airflow. Someone came out for that and fixed it after it took forever to get a hold of someone. To this day none of one has contacted me back concerning the HVAC Technicians finds.

The salesman who did the house call to arrange details was excellent. The work site was cleaned up much better than we've had from any other company. The people were friendly and did a great job. The project manager was on top of everything. When we had a slight problem with the AC after having radiant barrier installed and insulation blown in, he was there within hours because he knew we couldn't be without AC. I loved everything about this company.

The company is marked up way to high in price for the quality and labor of the roof.

I would highly recommend now because I don’t think many roofing companies would use these type of materials and do that kind of work. I was very satisfied.

Being more careful with plants in the flower beds. Numerous plants were damaged and Proper Roofing failed to reimburse us for the repair costs.

There are entirely too many ppl involved in the process. I counted 6 ppl contacting me, starting w the guy knocking on my door asking if I was interested in am estimate. Then the one guy who does show up was someone I had not received a text from. Too many ppl, w too many job titles. Made it confusing.

I was disappointed in the way my job was done with Proper Roofing and Remodeling. We had a lot of issues that may have been their fault of the fact that it was the day after Labor Day. There were sequences that happened that caused the job not to be as good as it should have been.

Our salesman was really that. He started telling us what all could be repaired and replaced with at a least price tag 4x more than we expecting to spend.
