Salesperson very pushy - did not want to leave without selling something. finally agreed to roof repair and the Nano spray- not sure either one will do any good.

They came and got here early and did the work. I was pleased with the work and the quality.

All of the employees that did my roof was great.they were prompt and began work at 5am. The workers had my roof completely off at 7:32am and started putting material on right after. The roofers were finished on my house at 2pm. The roofers then did my garage roof and finished art 3pm. The roofers did an excellent job of cleaning up. They made sure all the nails were picked up ands also all the roofing material. They even swept the drive up, then blew the drive and washed it down. Efficiency of the presentation and the workmen on the job.

The whole process from sales to installation was very well and thoroughly explained. Everyone we dealt with was very professional yet friendly. We greatly believe you get what you pay for and we definitely won't ever need another roof with the quality and warranty provided. We were so pleased we went ahead and added the insulation package the same day of roof install. Looking to have them add gutters in near future. Definitely recommend Proper Roofing!!!

Proper Roofing and Remodeling cleaned up really well.

I thought everyome was great to work with and I was very impressed how clean it was afterwards. It was actually cleaner than they started! Even after the job, they followed up to see how things went and got me the proper closing documents. There was a technical issue where one of the documents wasn’t coming through properly and they stayed on the phone with me until it came through correctly. The pricing is a little high for the area and I didn’t really get to know that until after the fact. I was a first time homeowner and my first roof so I didn’t really know what prices are out there. Also, they don’t tell you ahead of time when they do the first inspection that there’s steep “first stop” discounts. It does make it feel a little pressured even though the sales group does do a good job of not trying to pressure you. However, the customer service has been excellent. I received discounts on my insurance through Geico and I’m impressed with the materials. They replaced my whirly bird venting with ridge vents and my living room is noticeably more comfortable! I always complain that one of the house was cool but the living area was so stuffy even with the AC running. It’s so much more even throughout the house now!

Work was completed in one day.

Three things: 1)After the work done, we discovered others got work done for about $12,000 less which leads to 2) We were told that the “Premium” repair included lifetime/40 year warranty only to be told during repair work that we would have to pay additional to add gutters to back of house. We were not told this when we agreed and signed contract and 3) We have just noticed after first rain since new roof installed that a significant amount of granules came off the shingles. During the sales process, the loss of granules from the shingles was used to sell the roofing job. My wife called 24 hours ago to report 2 and 3 but have not heard back.

I would recommend them. I just had one little hiccup, but other than that, I was pleased with everything they did from start to finish. The price is a little extra high. My daughter and son-in-law said that was a little high. We are very happy with the work. I appreciate the attention that they put into everything.

Very quick install

The salesman made it sound that flashing around chimney would be replaced, but that ended up not being the case. A piece of fascia board on back left side of house needed to be replaced, and it would have been helpful to replace it at the time of the roof install for me, but without looking at it, I was quoted a couple of hundred dollars more. After spending $28,000 for the roof, I didn't at all think I got a good deal.

The representative was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Very good listener too.

This work was done at my mother's house and she now has a leak. She has been reaching out to Proper because we are supposed to have strong storms this weekend but they do not have any one that can come inspect until next week which could lead to more damage if the rains do come this weekend as anticipated. Even if someone could visit to place a tarp, this would be appreciated.
