Every person on the team from the sales person to the final qc tester were very helpful when I had a question. The project delivered a quality roof and the added gutters were a real upgrade to our house. The team came in and worked constantly with many processes going on at the same time. They all looked like they knew exactly what needed to get done at the correct time, like a well-oiled machine.

The finished roof is very attractive and appears to perform better than expected.

I would recommend Proper Roofing to anyone that asks.

I am very satisfied with the job. The roof looks great. The work was done in one day and they left the job site clean. I didn't find one nail after they left. One thing to note though is that they use high pressure sales tactics. They will quote you a high price and will knock several thousand dollars off if you make a decision that day. They should just give you their best price and allow to shop around, but that's not how they do business. Overall, I am satisfied with the job but I feel I may have overpaid.

Each Team Member represented Proper Roofing in a professional and caring way. Installation work was what was agreed to. Project Manager Gilberto R. was prompt with feedback and follow up. Each Team Member appreciated.

- Lack of communication.

- Lack of care for customers. Throughout the time of doing the project, no one in-charge came to inspect the work, or at least show me how good the workers did, even though the manager said he will come at the end of day when the crew finishes up.

- The workers didn't ask for permission if they could do things beyond the project. The workers notified the manager about a huge beehive at the project site. The manager called me to let me know that they couldn't continue the work until the beehive was removed. So I called the exterminator that same day and scheduled one to come out the next day. Then I talked to the manager to update him and to pause the work until the exterminator came out. I even joked with him that I hope to get some honey to make the extermination fee worthwhile. He laughed and said he hoped so too. Lo and behold his workers removed the beehive without my knowledge. I was so upset when the exterminator told me that a big part of the beehive had been removed and someone had harvested the honey. The only thing he needed to do at that time was to spray.

Very disappointed because the manager allowed his workers to do things without telling the customers. That's not courtesy!

Proper Roofing and Remodeling were very professional. They had teams to handle every part of the job. They showed up on time, worked all day, and cleaned up before they went home. They worked from sun up to sundown. You could tell they were taught right, ready to do the job, and willing to do the work so they could finish as soon as possible and move on to the next job. I was very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

They did a great job. From the start to end, I didn't do anything special. They followed instructions and got the job done right away.

Everything was explained of the process. And preceded as explained.

Work was done quickly and with little mess, but communication was terrible. There were so many managers and so little communication between them. They brought the wrong paint for the soffit, which delayed that part by a day or two.

The project lead didn't actually come out to verify the work was completed properly, despite a different manager telling us that the project lead would do so. Overhead they asked us if the team did the project correctly and to our satisfaction. Neither my wife not I are roofers, how should we know if they did it right?
