Pro-Craft General Contractors far exceeded my expectations in all areas from start to finish. The original estimate yielded a very detailed scope of work. The project was not rushed, meaning quality workmanship went into every step of the process. I expected to be impressed and I was.

Worst experience ever. The subcontractors were not only sloppy, but the work had to be re-done several times over and was still not completed to our satisfaction (i.e. the kitchen was not the same as it was before the flooding).Subcontractors had no respect for our home, were lazy and took shortcuts on everything and were rude to boot. Our stovetop is still bent and they are not going to fix/replace it. They replaced moldy pieces with the same moldy pieces in the hope we would not notice, and did poor work on much of the repair. Hardly ever showed up when they said they were going to, and some of the repairs were worse than the actual damage. Every single part of the reconstruction was a major problem/redo. Tried to do the least amount of work as cheaply as possible without fixing to original condition. Would NEVER recommend these people.

I was not in agreeable with insurance estimate on repairs and ask the contractor not to start on my home. The contractor called my adjuster after I told him not to start, the adjuster told him to go ahead an start. I called the contractor and asked why did he start when I asked him not to start. The contractor stated that the adjuster told him to go ahead and start. I told the contractor the adjuster does not own my home and that he was unprofessional by not following directions of a home owner.
