When we first came to see the house for the final walkthrough, the contractor walked out on us. He didn't do one single thing that was on the list to be completed, and left us standing with the realtor. They had to bring another contractor which was very nice to finish all the details that needed to be done.
The contractor that walked out on us, wouldn't let my wife speak and was extremely unprofessional. I wish they would get rid of him because he has no business representing you guys as a company.
We bought close to a half a million dollar home. For us to be treated like that was embarrassing. I felt embarrassed for him.
They were going to fix part of the stairs, and they still haven't been fixed.
We signed an addendum saying that they would fix everything at a further date even though we agreed to the closing.
It has been a week, and they haven't called us to let us know anything.

There was a lot of small things that needed to be resolved prior to the home being purchased. The items were resolved in a timely matter.

The experience with the sales rep was amazing, but on the builder side there were issues in which the sales rep helped a lot but still put a bad taste in my mouth.
