I will absolutely use Precision Countertops again and have already told other people. I was in Home Depot the other day dropping off countertop samples and a woman was considering ordering and I told her how great it was to work with Home Depot and Precision Countertops.

Will never use this company again, used them for granite counter tops, sloppy work, órdenes buther block gor kitchen island and again did not get what I paid for.

The overall process was easy and easy to manage but there were a couple hiccups (a broken oven that they only offered to pay half the cost repair of and a hole drilled incorrectly) in the installation process that left me unhappy with installation.

I LOVE the way it makes the kitchen "come together". The image the "no seam" looks. It makes the counter top look endless.

Scheduling/scheduler was almost unpleasant. Employees

We had a miscue re: orientation of my piece but with a chat or two it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the effort and clarity. The results are beautiful!

The whole process from measuring to the install was very professional and the 2 gentlemen were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable

Countertops weren't precisely cut, leaving too much gap between countertops and wall. Maybe could have at least caulked?
Also made a mess under the sink after installation that was left. Did not remove packaging from sink and faucet. Just felt like a bare minimum effort.

Ashley did a fantastic work scheduling and notifying us with any changes. We are very satisfied with the new countertops and new tile installations.

Broke pc of countertops twice. Had to come out 4 times to get the job right.
First crew didn't cover new floors when delivering tops. Gravel and dirt.

The installation was done pretty bad. The installers told us it was caused by our island being unlevel and there was nothing they could do. Taking that into consideration, if we knew nothing about carpentry, we would have lived with exceptionally uneven countertops. Why would we call about the problem when your installers said it was us that was the issue? We could have called about the roughness of some of the counters but we just figured after the bad experience with the installation, we'd rather do it ourselves. Basically, we don't trust your company.

The installation crew was very professional and did a great job. They also did a great job of cleaning up after they were done.

Service was very professional, accurate and friendly.

The two slabs that comprised our island countertop were very different in color, and apparently zero inspection was done prior to leaving the factory and landing in our home. It was the first thing that we end the installers noticed, and the process from that point forward was frustrating.

The overall experience again was great!

The side pieces that fit onto the countertop/wall have separated leaving a noticeable gap between the wall and sides of the backsplash

Communication could be better upfront explaining how things will look when finished. Had an issue with the full height backsplash. If I had been shown a photo on how big the gaps would be and the fact they cannot make it without seams I probably would have elected to do a tile backsplash instead. I was told the sales person at Home Depot should have made sure I knew what it would look like. My response was your company should make sure at the first contact with me that I understood there would be seams and gaps and they need to better educate Home Depot on how to tell the customer what to expect. Also they forgot to cut one piece for the side wall. They had thrown out all the scraps so could not go back and make it. They used a similar material which was a good match but was thicker than the counter slab I bought. They should have milled it down to the same thickness before installing. Attention to detail by the production, template and installation crews was lacking.

I would definitely recommend Precision Countertops. They were incredibly efficient and we are very pleased with our new countertops.

The attitude of this company is fully ARROGANT, like take it or leave it. They treat customers like they are fully UNIMPORTANT

Our install was horribly done, and the company sent the same team who did the poor install to do an equally poor fix. I asked to work out some kind of partial refund, so I could hire someone to fix it, and the company declined. I also had some communication issues with Tabitha. Overall a bad experience and I would never recommend this company to someone else.

From the time we walked in the door we had a great experience. We were introduced to Marilyn Wright and she made the whole process from making our quartz selection and helping us choose our back splash and sink a very pleasant experience .
