We were quite satisfied with the installation. The scheduling appointments for the second order fell between the cracks. Once we called, the issue was resolved. Also, the cost was more than the original quote (we added 2 square feet to the order), and we did not get the phone call to pay the additional charges. This delayed scheduling the install. Once that was taken care of the installation appointment was scheduled.

They would definitely some hiccups along the way, the installation took a very long time and mistakes were made but finally rectified.

Absolutely terrible experience. Zero follow-up on our complaints on the installation person who was Xenophobic, rude and was just downright disrespectful to our staff. We are a school and there was zero regard for safety - in fact, the installation crew endangered the safety of our staff and children through their words and actions. We were getting ready to call the Police on the installation crew. Avoid at all costs.

Do you not work with this filthy thieving company. They robbed eight months of rental income from me by taking almost a year to put in countertops that they refuse to finish installing. They will be sued.

Ashley did a great job coordinating and answering our questions. There was a delay in receipt of our materials but she kep us posted. Person assigned to measure advised us what we needed to address to accommodate installation and he clearly documented delivery path to our unit to assure no surprised on delivery/installation day. When materials arrived, scheduling was prompt. Installers Vitaliy and his assistant arrived on time, were observant of our property rules and did a great job finishing installation. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Precision Countertops.

This was such a no hassle, quick, efficient, and easy to communicate with the salesperson and the job coordinator process, that I can't see going anywhere else to get a countertop. Also the results are speaking for themselves. People gasp when they see how elegant the countertop makes our small bathroom look.

I wasn’t happy with how they cut the long piece on the side with the sink. I would have preferred the cut be on the opposite end but they didn’t ask. The side it’s on shows because they are two different finishes. Also the sink drain wasn’t put on straight and one side shows glue 😒

The Home Depot salesperson was great and everything else seemed great until they did not arrive on the day of installation. Then when they did come on the next installation date they had a real bad attitude. Totally ignored me. Complained about disconnecting and capping the plumbing that I paid a lot of money for and neglected to reattach the dishwasher to the new countertop or even tell us that we needed a special bracket or anything to that effect. I have spoken with Chelsea and Home Depot and almost a month later have had no response from anyone. Every day I see my lovely new countertops I regret spending the money and think of the unresolved issues.

no way this was painful experience. I will never suggest precision countertop to any of my customers again!

I am not happy with the countertop. I will not recommend Precision Countertops to any of my fellow property investors.From day one I am missing a piece of edging/trim by the stove and an edge of the countertop pulled itself up and became uneven. I voiced my concern and someone from Precision countertops returned to look at the countertop, and they did not offer a solution to my missing trim. I paid thousands of dollars for a product that remains damaged and looks ghetto.

They came in and did the template and a couple days later we were getting scheduled as they had already made our countertops and worked with us on the scheduling to meet our schedule

They have a great selection and all of the people I spoke with were great. My only negative is how very expensive they are.

I would not recommend precision to someone else. While my project turned out fine and looks nice. There was so many issues and headaches that came along during the process. Also double check all invoices, bogus charges will be on there unless you ask them to explain then they will remove.

Did not communicate that countertops would be in pieces prior to contract signing and expiration of cancellation of order period.

My whole experience was so very positive. I have never had quartz countertops installed and wasn’t sure of the process. Every part of this process was so easy and professionally handled. It was a relief to not have anxiety or any issues. Precision Countertops is top-notch!
