Still waiting for the job to be completed, but I promise you I’ll give him more detailed evaluation. Once the job is completed, if it gets to that point.
Counter top looks great. There is a seam but you can find it.
Too much money for the product and service.
product is high quality , my installation is great
Start to finish precision countertops exceeded our expectations. Easy to work with great communicators, and excellent workmanship.
We didn't specifically choose Precision. We bought our countertop at Home Depot who uses Precision. Other that waiting for appointments, all was good.
The overall experience with the Precision Countertops team was a positive experience.
Shopping in the warehouse was great! The variety of counter and tile materials were perfect.
I would definitely recommend. The people are amazing and I have a beautiful countertop.

Very professional and polite
My countertops are beautiful and easy to care for
Precision did a very professional job. However, their scheduling is mixed and delayed for various situations beyond control.
simple process, knowledgeable
Better communication and care instructions
Very professional;. Knew their products. I was happy to get as much accomplished on that 1st visit. I did have a fair idea of what I wanted before I went in there. But they made the process easy and comfprtable.
You sent a grossly flawed product and the installation crew did not seem to care as long as they were not blamed for the shoddy work. Someone tried to fix it and determined they could not after spending 2 hours trying. This is necessitating a third visit and a 1600 mile drive for us through the fault of Precision. We ordered windowsills which were fabricated incorrectly and the replacements ones were not correct either but the installation person put them on and used caulk to hide the flaws. They did not listen to our requests and no one at the cabinet shop communicated the problems appropriately. Many issued could have been handled with better communication at Precision. I would never recommend this shop and would actually recommend not using them. Hopefully the third visit will provide the countertop installed correctly. The job is not yet complete.
We have chosen Precision 3 different times fir 3 different homes. The first two had beautiful countertops, the current home, not so much. The countertops have several flaws and aren’t in great shape!!
Have a better receptionist or scheduler
Ease of working together, communication and crraftmenship
I really like the products to pick from we picked the quartz countertop and chocolate brown back splash slate composite.
Efficient and accurate, friendly service
Very easy to work with very competent
Appointments for various stages of the project were presented as a bit of a "take it or leave it". Options, or preferences, were not presented or discussed.
Further, I asked for pieces of the basic material slab that were going to be scrapped and was refused access for reasons that didn't make sense.
Later found out that those pieces of material are likely not released due to a belief of inadequate tooling to process it outside Precision's control and possible litigation over silica exposure.
An explanation of liability and health concerns would have been satisfactory but were not offered.
Every project we’ve done with them has turned out great! When I go to Home Depot to order, I always make sure they’re still the vendor used.
Disappointing from start to finish. If you can’t do it right, don’t do it. Don’t waste peoples time & hard earned money.
Pros: The two measurers, one for counters one for backslash, were perfect. The installers of the backslash were perfect. The specialist from Portland who repaired the crack in the countertop was perfect. The supervisor who we finally reached in the end was perfect as well, hearing our complaint and addressing it very effectively.
Cons: The project coordinator assigned to us Stacy was difficult to contact, and was poor l at follow up.
Scheduling was poor: we did not receive as advised the info about the hours of the targeted arrival window for the backsplash, forcing us to sit home and wait. Our time is valuable too! The counter install team arrived without warning three hours earlier than scheduled without apology.
But by far the worst was that install team's disregard for basic courtesies, leaving gates and doors open letting in flies, leaving sections of old counter that we paid a lot to remove sitting in our driveway, and making NO effort at all to clean up.
That was perfect even though the tiny mistakes
the company was very good to work with in getting appointments scheduled then rescheduled because of issues on my side. they were as flexible as they could be.
Breaking the cabinets and then trying to say it was normal when nothing was ever mentioned or discussed prior to starting.
Countertop and backlash look very good. Not yet installed. Do not see a problem. Thank you.
Yes! I will recomend, every tem members did an excellent job.
I am not likely to recommend precision countertops. I feel that there was poor communication in general.
Apparently, there were cutting issues as the last man that came to install them had to repeatedly go in and out of the house making adjustments. which took a long time. He did a great job and was very nice.
I was quite pleased overall and have already recommended you (through Home Depot) to two different friends who are planning to replace their countertops
Started process on April 25/25 because the location is a summer home, of which I am there all summer with company! I expected countertops to be installed but first week of June, but the original measurement were way off on two of the countertops, so had to get new measurements and wait again! I am a senior and it is hard to move everything while you have company!so start the process again! It took all summer and I was very disappointed ! There are 718 units in our complex, and if anyone asked me, I did not give a good review! Worst money I ever spent!
While the initial contact was excellent, and the new countertops were installed within a month of ordering, there was a problem with the backsplashes. The installers notified us that several of the pieces were not cut correctly and would have to be re-done. It took TEN WEEKS for that to happen!
I feel the $250 I paid to receive the layout showing where the cuts would be, was just a way to make additional money. The reason for this is when I questioned where the cuts were and wanted something different, I was told this is where they had to be not even able to suggest where I would like them. Total waste of money.
Excellent craftsmanship. Professional and courteous.
The first twmplater was very hard to work with, arrogant, and very very slow. The rest of the process went fine except the time ti took.
When they put the backsplash on they had used hot glue and it didn’t bond to the wall and now the backsplash had came loose
A one day install on 7/17 has turned into 3. Laminate was not cut properly and full install could not take place. 2nd return visit was to install correct laminate and backsplash but the backsplash was cut to incorrect size after being thoroughly discussed. Precision took accountability for these errors. 3rd trip is scheduled for 9/16 so job is not complete. Asked for a credit as this is a big inconvenience especially since we do not live at the jobsite. Felt the amount offered was insufficient.
Communication is slow
The installers were courteous and did a good job on the countertops they installed. However, we discovered after they were done and we were inspecting them more closely, that the countertops on either side of the space where the range will go were 1/2" off in height. We had them take off the countertop to the left, shim it up, and reset it in. It worked out and became level. The second thing is that we were told after the order went in that we needed to pay for a "metal" plate to support the countertop that would be over a span without cabinets. What was actually used was particle board and per my husband, not a good one at that. It was not strong. Paying about $180 for that (which we know it was well over the real cost of it) was very disappointing. Thinking we were getting a metal plate for support would have been one thing (as we were told), but receiving cheap particle board to us was deceptive. We were not happy with that.
i feel i got taken advantage of re the trip fees. i had my kitchen remodel 2 yrs ago without any complaints, i was super pleased. due to a decision i made to leave a base cabinet space open, i couldn't find a baker's rack to fit into the oddly arranged measurements. it tried everything. i wound up having to install a base cabinet. precision charged a trip fee to come out and measure, and a trip fee to install a 4ft replacement backsplash and a 20x22in top for the base cabinet. there was no attempt on precision's part to take into consideration my previous transaction when the job was finally completed 2 yrs later. the minimum fee has no wiggle room nor do the trip fees. it seems to me, there could be in cases like mine, discounting or waiving that would have really been helpful. especially in light of the number of deliveries made on those days in areas close to me. i have no complaints with respect to the countertop, install or the great staff. it looks as good as it can all things considered.
Wasn’t aware of the template dimensions. The templater shoved a screen in my face and asked me to sign. I thought that I was signing that he had completed his work. Not so. Next time I will verify all of the measurements before I sign.
Trying to get a hold of company to get answers is near impossible.
These guys know their stuff.
Already stated....first product couldn't fit into kitchen, then when sent back...there was a shipping error to further delay the finished product. Held up occupancy date by 12 days!
Please let's wait until the job is finally finished before I render my thoughts. I don't think things could get worse, but maybe they still can.
