The delivery and installation were fine. I had just painted my cabinets dark blue and they got pretty scuffed/dinged up in the installation, but that wasn't surprising and I will repaint as needed.
The sample of the quartz I chose had lovely dark blue and beige veining on a white background, and I was expecting the same overall density in the countertops, but the veining is much more "here and there", a lot of it being closer to just white in large areas. That was rather disappointing. If I had been warned that that could the case, I might have chosen a different quartz. But it's still pretty. I am planning on deep blue tile for the backsplash and that will brighten it up. My new sink, which is black, is a good contrast against the white, too.
I didn't talk with Precision Countertop folks about the quartz itself, but what we did discuss was clear and fine.

Provide guidelines on radius for corner cuts and more details on installation expectations.

The fit did not meet our expectations - on the same side the gap between the countertop and the wall was between 5mm and 0mmm. We expected better with laser measurements.

I have tried to leave messages as there are a few nicks in the cabinet panel so I need someone to get back to me asap.

Appointments were set up soon after the order was placed! The workers arrived early and executed their project in a timely manner.

The counter was cut crooked, even if it was only an eighth of an inch. It still wasn’t a straight line next to the stove and I had to have my guys go in and caulk properly but to be fair that might’ve been because they ran out of the color Call that I gave them.
And I had to fix the wall that they damaged putting the countertop in

I don’t wanna put this on Google because everybody has a bad day, but I wanted to make sure that somebody got the message

The window sill was made wrong, Precision made the mistake and continues to refuse to fix this

I chose Cambria quartz for kitchen countertops, island, and backsplash. They responded quickly to set up the templates to get the order into production. When I couldn’t really see how the layout would look on my computer they scheduled me to come into their beautiful facility and meet with the designer: she answered all my questions and showed me my slabs and how cuts would be made. Once the installers came, the process was smooth and easy. They were very careful and clean and professional. It was impressive how detail oriented they were as the installation proceeded. I highly recommend Precision Countertops, and hope to use them again for more projects.

Seam is obvious and looks like a piece was patched in instead of matching

our quarts countertops were delayed for weeks. the installers arrived to install our backsplash with five pieces, saying it was needed for the space. we had two other manufacturers and builders come and look and all agreed that your company could have easily installed the backsplash span with one or possibly two seams. they agreed it was a case of Precision wanting to use pieces to save money rather than create order a slab. we rejected the material and have found another installer.

The crew was amazing, I would absolutely recommend to everyone! Everyone that has come to see me, has asked who did my installation.

Step-by-step guide communicated verbally as the countertops were part of an entire kitchen remodel. The countertops had to match the brand-new cabinets and appliances. Everything fit perfectly. The workmen were great and obviously very skilled. Everything was done on time without one hitch. They are beautiful.

They were very professional, from reviewing my order, taking measurements, setting and keeping the delivery date, and installing my new granite countertops. They did a great job and I love the new countertops.

Each step of the way PC communicated clearly and quickly. The sales team took the time to help me decide, the template crew was quick and accurate. The installation crew was on time, and proficient. during the process, and the follow up and was excellent. They were great about keeping me informed and ready and willing to answer questions and explain things in detail.

Communication with my assigned project coordinator, Jessi Warner, was infrequent and delayed. I would have liked to receive better responses and more honest transparency about the expected schedule delays between measurement, countertop install, backsplash measurement, and backsplash install. In total, those four things took nearly 2 months to complete.

Kimberly Kaholo was not my assigned project coordinator but I ended up talking with her most of the time because she was much more responsive and easier to communicate with so she does deserve credit.

The process went very smoothly and our countertops are beautiful!
