I like the counter tops and the guys did a great job on with installation. However two sections of backsplash were cut wrong and they were to recut and come back. Haven’t yet!

Apparent flaw in sink counter-top rim. Sharp edge, maybe unfinished.

They did the job the way I wanted it done.

I live the way the countertops feel I love the look and I love the integrated sink.

The installers left smudges on the countertop that I can't seem to remove. Also, I had a lot of floor cleaning and sawdust removal to do.

Installation not done correctly

Everything from beginning to end was a smooth process.

The two people who installed the counters were amazing and willing to answer when my little kids asked all their many questions and curiosities. Not once did they get grumpy or act like the kids were in the way. Remodels are difficult and having great attitudes from the people helping out makes a world of difference.

Unhelpful phone calls with the office, misled on what height to mount the sink, scheduling was way harder than it should be

Lack of consistent communication from Sherry and follow up with a quicker timeline than 6 weeks for our bathroom vanities to be completed and installed.

Great customer service! Communication is key to me as this was an entire process that was new to me. They promptly kept me informed as to what was going to occur, kept their commitments, were kind and patient and the end product is beautiful.

I found the best prices at home depot and precision countertops does all of their installation. I highly recommend both. I saved money and was happy with the end result. It came together quicker than I expected.

I don't normally like to recommend products or services but i do like your product. I do have some reservations about the install process.

The 1st phone call from delivery person was that they were only bringing 1 countertop (I ordered 2) because one got damaged. I told them to just wait and deliver both together. I got a text announcing the 2nd delivery date and time. On the specified date I waited and waited and there was no delivery. An inquiry the next day informed me that the newly built top was made in the wrong color. No one told the person scheduling the deliveries. The 3rd delivery date was set and the countertops were delivered. One of the tops had corner protectors and the smaller top did not. At a glance the tops appeared to be ok. The delivery person removed the guards from the larger top. When putting the larger top on the cabinet I noticed slight damage to one of the front corners. I sent a picture to the person I had been scheduling with and asked if there was something I could do to keep it from getting worse. I have not heard back. This was not a good experience for me. I had to reschedule the person helping me with the install twice.

We were disappointed with the quality of the edge cuts of the countertops. We ended up having to take on additional cost of tiling one of the side walls to hide the crooked cut of the countertop and cover the large gap it created. Additionally, the installers did not set our island countertop on center with one edge having a slightly larger overhang. There were multiple smudges on the countertops that required quite a bit of vigorous cleaning to remove.

All thru the process I was well pleased. I had peace of mind knowing they were going to do a good job and that’s saying something in this day and time. I was well taken care of.

The process was very easy. They were prompt and easy to work with. The workers were respectful and did a great job demoing and installing. However, after they left and I was putting things back together, I noticed one of the sinks and both faucets were off center.

It took about 2 months for the job to be completed!

I will Definitely recommend Precision to anyone who asks. My countertops speak for themselves!

It was a little challenging to get help in the beginning. If this company had not been referred to me by my son-in-law I would of searched out a different company.

I've done a lot of project work with Home Depot. Precision Countertops is the best provider the Home Depot has that I have worked with.

Your company had knowledge of our cracked countertop and still installed it. There is glue on the crack on both sides. The crack is all the way through to the bottom. It is not a fisher. Your installer saw the crack and told us our countertop would soon fall apart. The crack is already chipping away. It is in front of my sink to the other end of my countertop. My husband saw the crack Feb 28th. No one from your company has called since your installer Steve saw the full crack. Today my husband noticed the rest of the crack. It goes all the way across our sink to the back. It has glue on both sides. We have additional phots for you to see. The crack is so obvious with the glue on both sides.

I realize this was a project through Home Depot and that had some bearing on how we were able to resolve our issue.
I didn't have the feeling that Precision was really that concerned about what I perceived as an issue. I would hope that they would treat a customer with a Home Depot project like one who came into their showroom looking to update a bathroom. I'm not sure I will use either Precision or Home Depot again for a project like this.

So easy and live the product

They were a perfect fit. Hime Depot screwed up with the order, but you did a good job with the production of the tops. Really liked that yo sent the splash guards long so I could custom cut them.
