I feel that a plumber should accompany the salesman during the initial inspection at the client’s house when the cost quote paperwork is signed-especially when the client has a house over 75 years old. Despite this, and a few hiccups hooking up to the existing pipes along the way, the workers did great on the remodel job on my mother’s new shower. It was expensive, but the bathroom was all done in the 2 to 3 days as quoted.

Once we were at the stage of install, Devon and Abraham were great to have in our house and were professional and kind. Their competency and professionalism overshadowed the slightly wobbly feeling during sales and with our project coordinator (who also somewhat overpromised and under-delivered). I truly think with a little more training the beginning stages can be more fluid and instill a greater sense of confidence in the overall process.

I had an issue with the initial sale and management was quick to meet with me and offer a solution.

The guys that worked speedily and thoroughly were very nice to have around. Told me what and why they were doing. No mess left at the end of the day even when I told them to leave the cardboard that covered the floor in their wor area when they were coming back the next morning. They did come back promptly the next morning and had the job completed by noon. No trace of them being her except my new tub.

Went from a garden tub (never used) to an absolutely beautiful shower! Would not have had to do anything with my original bath/shower had there not been a leak in the faucet and had to gut the master bath for water damage. Ted and James did an excellent job (they get an “11”. The job was done in the two days as previously quoted.

10 rating not enough! Crew on time, all materials in hand, swept and vacuumed at each stage. Then, when we discovered wood rot that needed replacing before completing shower install, Renuity reached out to a contractor who squeezed us in (out here in the rural world) to prepare the surface properly before Renuity returned to finish. From the first contact and throughout the entire process; we received texts, emails, phone calls to make sure we knew what was planned, what was happening, and who would be knocking on the door for the next portion. Every second we were supported by competent and caring professionals. As old folks with our first remodel and only one bathroom, I am so grateful to Renuity for the fantastic work they did. I highly recommend.

The team was very conscientious of our personal property, always on time, made an effort to communicate, worked easily around exiting structural issues, and the cleanup was as if they were never here.

It took 4 appointments and 3 installations to get the shower installed correctly, without damage. The final crew was wonderful and worked hard for service recovery and was committed to getting it right.
