A few days before scheduled installation I received a call from a regional manner wanting to confirm that we wished to cancel the deal. Not so. Manager said that he had received an email from sales rep that we wished to cancel. I do not have a clue where that came from. Then install team did not know the layout of the shower design that we had purchased. We showed them what we had configured with rep and the installers were able to make it work. The installers were not informed we had purchased glass shower door and panels. Initially we were told that we needed to have custom install of the glass. Installers made calls and determined that we had indeed purchased the glass work and then made arrangements to installation of the glass. That just happened, two weeks after build out.

It looks beautiful and the entire experience was wonderful. The customer service was beyond excellent! From the sales demonstration, to the gentleman on the phone I scheduled with and he followed up after the installation, to the courteous and professional install team!

Worked quickly, always finished much faster than scheduled.
I have not been able to shower or take a bath for close to 8 months due to all my medical problems. Spit baths were all I could do. The day I was able to use the walk in tub was the best day for me. I was able to sit and clean myself in a tub. It has been the best investment I have made.

The work was quality was excellent and the crew was easy to work with. They did delay the work a day and never showed up before 9:30 - 10:00 on the days they worked. They did stay until the job was done into the early evening.
Well, our install for the shower was involved for 6 days. Not pleased with that at all. The men were all nice but that was a huge inconvenience for us for the amount of money we paid for this shower.

Better communication
Very good experience working with Pacific Bath. Since they are using quality materials, the shower parts and install might be cost prohibitive project for many folks.
Wanted to be sure that I was receiving the best product, so I went with Kohler. The Pacific Bath of Tucson was excellent in their preview of the job. Joshua Meadmore met with me a couple of times to ensure that the parts and installation was on time and in the right place. . . As a salesman Joshua Meadmore had me sold with complete information that I needed to start the project.
The job was completed in the time stated. Many other companies promise a quick completion and do not hold to that promise

Every single thing happened exactly how the salesperson said it would. My shower was 24 years old and it means the world to me that I have a beautiful new shower!
The initial presentation by the Sales/Technician person was done well, as was the installation. I have no complaints about either of those aspects of the purchase. However, I'm quite disappointed with the final financial settlement which, due to an apparent miscommunication, ended costing me $538.02 more than I had anticipated. That was the difference between the cash price (which I had intended to pay) and the discounted price. In fact I wrote a check for the cash price the day of the sales call, but did not give it to the Sales Rep because I had to move some money around to make a cash payment of that size. My recollection is that he said he would stop back "in a day or two" to pick up the check. His recollection was that if he didn't get the cash price within 2 days, the discounted price would then be financed. An obvious case of mis-communication. We both believed we were correct. I know I was since I wrote the check that very day for the cash price. Water over the dam, but I still paid $538 more than I thought I was going to pay.
