We were so happy with the outcome, and we were impressed with the clean installation and capable installers.

Roberto (crew Lead) and Adrain protected the path to the bathroom, made minimul mess and were on time.

I wanted to talk more about the tub instead of the upgrades. By the way we paid cash so you got all your money. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TUB. Like they say buyer beware. Its a lot of money and nobody cares now that they got there money.

The installers were prompt and worked hard . They were friendly and professional. The customer service rep was also very helpful and courteous.

The new shower was installed very nicely. The crew were informative and cleaned up before leaving each day.

Kohler is a reputable company; Pacific Bath/Renuity workmanship is great; and the installers were prepared and timely.

The attention to detail during the finishing clean up was not to the standard Iwould have thought from a company that sells a superior product like Koehler. I am still finding dust. I repaired the corner of the tub where a blob of caulking was just left. I also painted the wall in that corner.

Although the walk-in shower is beautiful and works well, parts of my adjoining tiled baseboards were damaged, then later replaced with tiles that don’t match well, but are acceptable.

The team was timely, thorough, and cleaned up well. One point off for a broken toilet seat cover they did not tell me about. But they delivered a new one as soon as I reported it.

Every phase of our purchase was top notch.

The process adhered to that which we understood at the time of purchase. The install ocurred as anticipated.

Told me it was going to take 2 days to install, which was ok by me. When they came, they got here at 8:00am and were done by a little after 4 in the afternoon. Did a great job.
