We live a block away from the house which was being remodeled. Stopped by 3 to 5 times a week and the tradesman were always at work. They did good quality work. You don't mind paying if you get value for your money and we certainly did.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The contractors were great. They were prompt, friendly, and accommodating. They also asked questions.

I have worked with Philbin Construction a few times in the past, so I knew they ran hight as far as pricing but I always thought they were worth the extra cost. Unfortunately this time I am not so sure. I always felt the attention to detail and high level of communication was one of their strengths. Communication this time was not great and some details were missed and more would have been missed if I had not mentioned them.
