I’ve had a lot of work done by various contractors over the last few years with an entire house renovation. Peacock & Co has been by far the best to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I wish I would have found them sooner.

I love our knew kitchen. The people at Peacock were professional, yet so friendly and approachable when I had questions or needed advise. It was very reassuring to work with people who were so knowledgeable and experienced. They showed up every day, very committed and the work was completed on time. They were respectful of our home, careful about cleaning up the space and keeping the rest of the house clean. The work is beautiful and perfect. We are working with them on another remodeling project.

I would definitely recommend Peacock to those who can afford it—but few can. (We barely can.) Our experience had been affected by supply-chain issues, which drew things out a bit. Overall the experience was very positive, but this is the first time getting work done on our home and we don't have a baseline for comparison.

Our experience was absolutely opposite of what we had thought would happen when we initially signed on, with terrible customer service, horrific communication, and an owner who clearly doesn't try to make the situation better. We would recommend some of the products that we chose or some of the actual guys who did most of the work but we wouldn't recommend Peacock.

The quality of the work and your ability to complete the project as promised exceeded our expectations.. Jim Berger's follow up and attention to detail were excellent.

We have had friends who have had bad construction experiences as we have. Our friends have all been waiting to see how our kitchen remodel went. Now that they have seen the finished product and they know how pleased we have been through this whole experience which is tough, a kitchen remodel is not something easy to go through. But if you have a good company working with you it just makes things so much easier and that's how we feel about peacock they made our experience so smooth and that's what our friends were waiting to hear so yes we recommended peacock to all of them and they are excited about their future remodels with peacock and company!

Additional Comments - This was a big job and we were very worried because we have not had good experiences with contractors in the past 30 years. We were so pleased with everything, beautiful work wonderful communication. The timeline was a little tough because of covid but they still came through! WE WILL CALL ON PEACOCK FOR ALL FUTURE JOBS AND WE HAVE A LOT!

Recognized Excellence - o The design process was a good experience. Abby quickly understood what we wanted to do and made several proposals. We fine-tuned things and eventually arrived at a workable plan. She knows her way around the hardware selection. I think I could ask her to find a Tiffany lamp with a rhinoceros base and a purple shade. After a few keyboard clicks and she’d ask how many I wanted. o Sun Tunnel Installation—When we signed the contract in August we asked if Peacock would consider installing the Sun Tunnel in the fall instead of waiting for good weather in the Spring. They agreed and Tony came out and quickly and efficiently installed it in one day. When he left, he noticed that the trim ring was missing. He thought it was in a truck that had already returned to the shop. He said that he’d “make sure I got it". Sure enough, the next morning he came to the house and personally delivered the trim ring in a box to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged. Someone that kept a promise. I was impressed. When we had a condensation problem he came over of his own volition and fixed it. o We feel privileged to have had Russ as our project manager. He kept things going when problems arose and proved to be a skilled craftsman who represented Peacock well. He paid particular attention to making sure our house was protected with runners to / from work areas. He set up an area in the finished basement for his tile saw that included a plastic tent to minimize overspray. He was meticulous in his preparation and made sure that things were plumb and square before starting the tiling. The shower ceilings were tiled on a 45-degree angle. He made a drawing showing each piece, then cut and numbered them for assembly. He has a good attitude, is organized, doesn’t get rattled easily, and deals with difficult customers professionally.

I'd absolutely recommend Peacock to a friend. The design process was very smooth with Nick. And, Robb was able to bring solutions to the table throughout the construction phase for every small challenge that we came across during the renovation. The nice thing was that Robb and his team were able to solve the problems directly given their skill set vs. having to rely on another subcontractor. And, Peacock stands behind their work for 2-years -- which is incredible and unique in today's construction environment -- and they've proven that so far with our kitchen!

We love our whole home remodel and now have a house that functions for our family.
