I felt like I was taken advantage of, because what they portrayed when I first met them compared to the actual work was totally different. They made me feel that we were low income people and they prefer to work for high class people. I have a 3 year warranty and I have a problem, so I called them up about it and they have not honored their three year warranty. They also like to put others under the bus instead of taking responsibility.
Very organized, reliable in their work and in effort to keep us in the loop. They answered every question with on the spot answers. They seemed to really care about how we were feeling and tried to calm our worries. We were completely satisfied with the work and the effort.
I emailed pictures of the work site with all the damaged plants. The work was done very, very quickly and now there are bubbles and peeling of the paint. I emailed again but never got a response from you. They spent less than two days on the job and it was a man and his father and mother.
