The product for the patio enclosure is excellent. It looks great.

Better communication and quality control from the installation crew. The crew did not show up on the scheduled date for the installation and did not contact me about the delay; I had to call the office to inquire and eventually the installer called me to advise they were not coming at all that day but would be there the following day. There were two discrepancies with the installation; one being discovered by the crew and the other one by me. I don't understand why the crew did not take care of the issue discovered by them. This triggered a second visit a week and a half later to complete the repairs.

Siding was not replaced as promised by sales person, and existing down spout was not properly reinstalled.

The installation was very quick and accurate. The new glass panels move easily and lock in place with little effort.

Honesty and integrity of the Staff and quality of the workmanship and products

I've shared my feedback with everyone already. Three failed deliveries with the wrong sized materials. Four different installers. It took nearly a year to finish. Slow respone time. And more.

Left me with a mess

I had my ground level screened porch converted to a much more usable space. I love how much cleaner and brighter the room is! I can now enjoy the space almost every day. My cat also loves it because he can see out the low tempered glass windows.

The quality of the installation and the materials that were used was exceptional.

The room is still NOT finished after signing the contract in December last year, I can't get a response. Patio enclosure said I need to contact the construction guy. THE CONTRACT I SIGNED IS WITH P.E., they may have sub contracted the project, but it should NOT be MY responsibility to keep calling the contractor after patio enclosure got 100 percent of the payment .

The sales person sold me an electrical package that was not possible to complete. I had to call MANY times and keep asking for a credit for the electric that was not feasible or possible. The voicemail mailbox is usually full and even if I was able to leave a message, my call was NEVER returned. I would have to call time after time.

After asking questions, the office staff would never follow up and call me back. The lack of communication about the timeline, and answering questions is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. Maybe they are too busy.

The construction crew was VERY good to work with, Kramer communicated the timeline Very well.

Friends recommended p.e. and I've called several times inquiring when they would be receiving their referral bonus. I'm not confident that it will be paid to them.

Would be higher but we been waiting quite a while for service. The one screen keeps falling to track and a few windows leak. The quality seems fine, think the install guy, not so much.

Caulking of windows was well below par...

Quality of the material

Project management was the worst I’ve seen. Should have taken two weeks at most and it dragged out over three months. Materials ordered were wrong. I had to find some planks for them at a local lumberyard that they couldn’t find. I gave them the same information several times and it wasn’t passed on to the project team. Communication was terrible. They installed the wrong size door and refused to take responsibility. At least one of the team was rude / inflammatory and should never deal with customers

Excellent customer service. The Sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. Installation process was amazing. The rep for installing was professional and thorough. Communication from the beginning to final install was outstanding!

The quality of work is terrible !

Good quality product

Great sales experience and good quality product, but subcontracted installers were subpar. Left unfinished wood on the exterior, cut jagged lines in decking with a multitool, didn’t screw down the cut decking edges they created, gouged gutter, silicone caulk left smeared on existing finished surfaces, set off smoke alarms burning through wood because they cut it with the wrong blade, etc. Salesperson offered to come and help fix, so that was nice, but I prefer to fix myself to avoid anymore hassle.

Great quality and workmanship. They listened to my ideas and what I wanted rather than only their ideas and worked with me on a plan that I could afford.

I liked the no pressure sale from my consultant, and the installation of my front porch was terrific!!

The people involved from start to finish

After seeing what was installed, I would not recommend the company. I am seriously unhappy with the amount of money that I paid and what I feel I received.

Communication of installation was poorly coordinated. Salesman’s computer rendering ended up not being the same as finalized product installed. We like installed unit better than his illustration.

The complete process was “flawless” from start to finish. The actual installation was completed in 1-day.

Two different people measured twice and they still sent the wrong size materials. It took another month for the electrician to come out and I also had to ask for 2 handles they didn't put on. Those took a month also.
