My installation was over a month ago and I'm still waiting for resolution of issues. Communication is awful!

Some things were not done. A fence post was removed for no reason and no steps were not built which would allow access to the carport.

We appreciated the professional staff, the designs that were presented and the finished product looks outstanding!

The construction teams were great. We are very happy with the results. It did take longer than expected to get the blinds, but we are very happy with them now that they are in.

Kevin, the salesman was very professional and very friendly and although we thought the price was a little high, patio enclosures was a well-known place so we took the chance and said yes. We got a four season room and the contractor started in November. There were three guys that came at first. In my opinion, even though it was cold outside, I thought they took way too many breaks and with three guys I thought they would get more done each day. After they were finished, my husband looked over the finished work and the window that we had first ordered was wrong. Also, there were other things that were not done right to finish the project. My husband called Kevin to come out and he came out right away and took pictures and made notes. Then the head of the contractors came out and took pictures and took notes and they both apologized to us and said that it would be taken care of. It was a few weeks later that they sent one guy out, Lukas, and he completely took the whole thing down and redid it to our satisfaction. We were not charged the last payment until the finished product was done to our satisfaction. The reason I gave it a 7 in my rating is because I feel that with a project that was started in November and not finished until the end of February, and wrong materials were ordered and the fact that it had to be completely taken down and redone, we should have been given a discount in the final payment. My rating would have been a lot lower, if the issues would not have been taken care of to our satisfaction. When you hire someone well known like Patio Enclosures, and you pay that much for a project, you expect quality work.

Unreliable, crappy work.. spent hours on phone trying to get things moving.. I never knew when they were coming for sure, and it was the worst building experience I ever had, I’m almost 90 years old, and have built 5 big houses that took me from 5- 6 months to complete.. this was so aggravating, especially in a year when I had two heart attacks, and didn’t need to be aggravated. Call me because they have been promising to do minor repairs for over two weeks, sorry I paid them in full, what is your word or your lifetime guarantee really worth…so far, nothing! From first engagement to the start of the project until completion, it was a very professional experience with not only the main representative, but the other team members as well. It was a very transparent process and every step was communicated thoroughly. I appreciate that ways of working with a company on such a project.

I had to call my own electrician to get my screens hooked up to electricity. I waited to hear from their electrician to call and I had already had my electrician hook them up before their electrician called. I texted Adam May the invoice from my electric company that I had already paid. I also gave a copy of that invoice when Sergio came out to check the see if the screens were working. I never heard anything back from either of those two contacts and I have not received the reimbursement
charge I asked for.

The finished product is beautiful. However, customer Service was awful. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Patio Enclosures you took four months.

7 months to complete that was quoted at sale as 2 months. Issue with color of material supplied. Issue with fit of materials supplied. Issue with installation of floor.

All of the staff at Patio Enclosures, were very friendly and professional, from the sales rep. to the person who measured our space and finally the crew who completed the installation. They all answered our many questions and returned our calls and or emails in a timely manner. Joan Vernot, Installation Coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. She was very gracious, understanding and patient with us as we had to keep postponing our installation for various reasons beyond our control.
