The installation crew did a very courteous install. Meaning they were very polite, friendly,trustworthy, and did a phenomenal job of clean up. Very detail oriented with caulk, window cleaning, concrete clean up and trash removal!

My HOA has been promising to start a lien on my house because of the broken window That your company refuses to fix A week or so after insulation, a window shattered, no reason it shattered. I've called. I've sent pictures. I've left messages since the event happened. So this is July August, and now, September with no effect. So no, I'm not recommending you to anybody in my hoa or any of my friends.

We went through 4 separate builds over the course of almost 3 years. This experience and the first 3 crews were awful.

I can’t say enough about the customization importance for the space. It was an outside porch so it is not level. The room is beautiful and fits perfectly.

After seeing flyer after flyer from Patio Enclosure I finally decided I'd call to have someone come out and estimate what it would cost to only enclose an existing covered patio 24' x 22'. Meaning, I only needed 3 sides glassed in, along with 6 custom cut pieces of glass to go up front for the gable section. My wife has been ill due to a heart condition, so I really wanted to get her the sunroom she always wanted. So I really wanted to close the deal sooner rather than later. Now I wish I had at least gone out for 2 other bids. I'll provide my reasoning below.

The installer worked the whole weekend by himself and did a great job. And completed the job on time

From the sales person to the two that did the installation we were extremely pleased.everything was done very well.

For such an expensive product they sent a new guy with no supervision to do our build. The guy didn’t cut the pieces on the trim properly so there were gaps in the window frames on almost every panel/frame. The screen door also had all kinds of visible bends on them upon installation. After day four of the build, the guy just left without cleaning the windows and sliding door tracks. Left all the shavings inside the patio and left trash in the yard. The supervisor ended up coming to oversee the work the next week and come to find out, the guy who did our project with no experience is no longer with the company. Instead of the company trying to reach out to fix the wrongs, I was having to figure out when they were going to come back via text. So all in all, for the price and the service I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Overall the experience of working with Patio enclosures was good. Errors (some major) did occur but were corrected and dealt witth on a professional basis.

I would never recommend a person spend so much money for such an inferior product.

Timing seems to be a problem with this company. It takes a long time to get it done. However, the job is beautiful.

I absolutely love my Patio Enclosure ! It has become my favorite room in the house, and I spend about 90% of my day in it.

I did experience leaking issues during the first nine months. Jennifer in Customer Service was extremely responsive to my concerns, and the service technicians worked diligently to resolve the problem. Although their initial efforts were unsuccessful, management and the engineering team continued investigating and ultimately determined that the windows themselves were defective.

I especially want to recognize Deb, who advocated on my behalf and arranged for an upgrade to my Patio Enclosure because of the difficulties I had experienced. I truly appreciate her efforts and the company’s willingness to make things right.

While the process was frustrating at times, what matters most to me is how the company ultimately responded. They listened to my concerns, continued working toward a solution, and stood behind their product. I am extremely pleased with the final resolution and couldn’t be happier with my Patio Enclosure . It truly is my favorite place to be!
