After dealing with contractors, in the past, that were not so responsive and dragged projects out, the experience with Patio Enclosures was truly a pleasure. They quoted a price and that is the price we paid. I would highly in recommend Patio Enclosures.

I was a bit confused why I needed to get new screens when they did not change the screen door screen. Although, my sales person Tom said when they are in the area they will stop by and change it. Don't know when that will be

Deliver on promises and be more effective at communication. If I was you guys, I would not use the same company for scaffolding. They really brought your score down more than anything.

The team was very friendly and professional during the whole process.

The electrical sub had to come back to correct things, during which they gouged one of the inside access panels getting it off. Noticeable scratches were left on a few of the panels by the installation team. Although we booked the job over a month in advance, we didn't receive a courtesy call prior to the installer's arrival to confirm the date and time. Due to supply chain issues, Patio Enclosures purchased a different door than we ordered but neglected to tell us about it until it was already on site. The replacement was a better door, so it was a responsible change; we just wish we had been told before it arrived.

The installers did a great job!

Sales person was very knowledgeable. Installation went quickly and Willie's installation team did a great job. However, a screen door needed to be reinstalled and the company rep assigned to us, while saying the right things, was not as responsive as we had hoped. Eventually we contacted Willie directly and he took care of the issue quickly.
