did not bring all the trim pieces nor our screen when upgrading our enclosure. Waited 2 months for the trim pieces and screens. Turns out the screens were in the warehouse the entire time. No communications throughout!
Did a great job converting a 24 year old screened porch. Not easy
The first install ended with the sliding doors uneven and a broken window and a floor that was ripped out with no intention to put back. The second install didn't fix the windows. The third install fixed the windows but left the floor destroyed. You took out final payment out of our bank account without my permission. Your rep lied to me and told me your company paid over a thousand for a city permit that was only 90.00. The worst experience with a contractor of a lifetime!!
I was told the screen was covered by warranty before it was put up afterwards I was told it was not0
The efficiency of the process by which the team performed the work was amazing and well executed.
More of a disparity between the expected state of the room and what was left than I expected. It was clear that the planning/measurement teams are not aligned with installation.

Project took 6 months to complete with multiple cancellations and poor communication.
The process went smoothly and communication was great. We are satisfied with the final product. However, we still think we likely paid more than we could have if we went with a smaller company.

We would recommend Patio Enclosures to our neighbors but with a caveat... At our initial in-home meeting the sales manager offered a 'cost-free cruise voucher' as an incentive. The Patio Enclosure was installed by 'excellent' workmen on November 20. On December 9 we inquired to the sales manager about the as-yet unfulfilled cruise voucher. ...No response. We re-inquired on December 12 with separate escalation to the regional sales manager. There has been no response from either as of today, December 16. Our neighbor who also purchased a Patio Enclosure stated the same issue of an unfulfilled sales offering of a no-cost cruise voucher. It appears that our experience is not a one-off, but seemingly a repeated sales tactic with non-response to customer inquireies.
Communication needs a lot of improvement at the office.

We're very happy with the finished product BUT .... Pretty sure that we were told that the project from signing to completion would take less than 7 months. The project took 15 months. Significant and unnecessary delays in obtaining permit (total almost 10 months from signing). Five months from start of construction to completion. Multiple changes in customer support staff. Like pulling teeth to get in touch and get response from company.

And the people. I am horrible at names but Dawn kept me up to date on everything happening. The gentleman that did the installation was efficient and friendly. Answered all of my questions. And the inspector was thorough and told me about options for possible future plans. I don’t have anything but good things to say about this project.

I was told my rod iron rail would be fine. It was not and your company would not make it look right. I have taken photos and shown them to everyone I know. I would never recommend Patio Enclosures.
