The work was great. The work guys were great. Communication great.

We have had a horrible experience working with Patio Enclosures. The office communication and lack thereof lead to a project that should have been completed in August 2025 to be drawn out until the end of January 2026. The cost well outweighs the value at this point. It has been nothing but frustration trying to get the project completed.

I don’t think the salesperson was as honest as he should have been about the impacts of the decision around a 4 season and a 3 season. I was not aware of the internal icing issue upon purchase. I know it wasn’t his preference but had that been told to me I may have made a different choice.

Workmanship was good. The installation was great. However sales and front of the office experience was not.

It took almost a year to build, with many phone calls never returned. We finally escalated to the CFO to get anything done.

Overpriced

It’s been three months and we’re still having problems.

Horrible experience. Took almost 9 months to complete. They cut an electrical wire to our light switch. One screen was jammed in, it is unusable. They had concrete delivered from 3 hours away. They dumped concrete in our woods. They measured our wing windows wrong. On top of all of that, Our contact "left" the company mid way thru the project.

The porch is beautiful and the company was professional and easy to work with.

Everyone connected with the project was very professional and helpful and did a great job.

Our original installation had to be rescheduled because the wrong material was ordered. The reorder took about 2 weeks so the second installation date occurred during a very cold and extremely windy day. As a result, there has been leaking probably due to the caulking. Patio Enclosure did respond to our complaints and offered to come right out to fix but with the extreme cold we were experiencing we requested to wait til spring and warmer weather; to which they agreed.

Communication throughout the project was not good. I found myself having to reach out and ask too many times for updates on inspections, work to be done, etc. Subcontractors did not do quality work, as I had to have Patio Enclosures come back out to remediate their poor work on 4 separate occasions. These defective works should never have happened for the amount of money I paid for the work, and I should never have had to inspect and report them to get them remediated. Patio Enclosures should have had quality inspections on their work.

They are very professional. Their products are of good quality. They are good in communicating step by step process from beginning to end of installation. The finish product is more than expected.

The only person that seemed to care or know what they were doing was Nijhel. Unfortunately he was too good at his job and suckered me into using this company.

Joe did a great job! He was thorough and very professional.

Was sold on cutting into the roof to fix directly to home, was never done, told company who sent a guy thats said oh we never do that even though it was on the work order. Then just never herd from him again. I moved on with life and now you keep sending survey crap to my email. Well here is your survey big fat zero!

Before I even hired them, I explained how important communication was. Communication was poor. My project got pushed back. We started in November and the project just got finished.They took the money without my approval. They don’t communicate amongst each other other let alone with the customer very well. I didn’t feel like I was treated well for what I paid.

Installation

Quality of work is great! Can't wait to add to our new patio roof down the road.
