My sales person did not listen to what I wanted and ordered the most expensive materials. When I tried correct my order the salesman refused to return my calls and had to elevate the issue to a regional manager.

Love the finished sunroom. However, throughout the project, communication was very poor. Two windows were on backorder during construction. After several weeks of not being able to get any updates from the project manager, Justin, I was able to get in contact with Noah at the local office. Noah was able to find the windows in the warehouse; not sure how long they had been sitting there. When we were finally able schedule a day for the windows to be installed, the installers discovered the windows didn't fit and had to be reordered. After the reordered windows arrived, I had to take the initiative a few times to get a day scheduled for installation.

The starting sales pitch and sale opened things well. Installation along with communication were touch-and-go.

High quality of materials and installation. Provided solutions to unique situation for patio, which had a slope and non vertical pillars.

A bit pricey and requires unnecessary negotiation like buying a car, but in the long run, good custom fit quality and fast service.

We had requested the job to be finished by Thanksgiving as we were having guests from out of the country. The job kept getting delayed until Jan. first, 2026.

Everything was explained in detail. The enclosure looks just like the CAD drawings. We were kept informed as to each process and what would come next.

I was sold a room that was not deliverable, with enclosed flooring. A less desirable room was ultimately built. I would not have ordered this room if they had been honest about what was available at the time of the sale/contracting. When the switch occurred right before construction started I did not have the choice to cancel and get my money back. Communication around scheduling was terrible. The construction team left holes in my patio, did not clean up the yard, and left me with several openings under the floor (which should have been sealed), and a leaking roof. I believe the roof will be repaired but that remains to be seen.
