I don’t know yet since it’s still leaking last time it rained

We're very happy with the finished product BUT .... Pretty sure that we were told that the project from signing to completion would take less than 7 months. The project took 15 months. Significant and unnecessary delays in obtaining permit (total almost 10 months from signing). Five months from start of construction to completion. Multiple changes in customer support staff. Like pulling teeth to get in touch and get response from company.

And the people. I am horrible at names but Dawn kept me up to date on everything happening. The gentleman that did the installation was efficient and friendly. Answered all of my questions. And the inspector was thorough and told me about options for possible future plans. I don’t have anything but good things to say about this project.

I was told my rod iron rail would be fine. It was not and your company would not make it look right. I have taken photos and shown them to everyone I know. I would never recommend Patio Enclosures.

Installers worked very quickly and professionally.

This is a great company that provides high quality material and service! They do subcontract concrete, which with our experience, wasn’t 10/10 but also wasn’t horrible (maybe a 6/10). The finished structure is beautiful and the concrete pad and footers were poured perfectly! The concrete crew was the only downside in terms of professionalism and mess they left!

I am very disappointed in the entire process. High price, terrible communication, product promised was not delivered, and follow-up to requests have gone unanswered for over 3weeks. I have been contacted by so many different people, I have no idea who has what role.

Very little communication through out this process. The scheduler Shay was the only person I could reach. Tried several times to speak to the salesman or a manager. No response.

I like the up grade look on my house it gives it.

The job is not complete. The door handles were only installed temporarily because they were not correct. After 2 weeks the proper handles have not been installed.

Exceptional work. Project was completed on time. The installers were outstanding. Good old fashion work ethic! I love my new sunroom.

Take time to cover items before using a grinder on stone during installation. Better cleanup.

This would have been a 10 if not for the issue with management. See #7 comments.

Everyone on the team was excellent and kept me well informed.
