We love the additional space. It provides us with the ability to be outside, yet war from the elements.

Problem with product was not disclosed during sales pitch. Found during installation and was told by the installer that everyone is surprised at this issue after installation is almost complete. Unable to reach salesman after contract was signed, for any questions.

We complained that a storm door had been installed improperly (the keyed lock mechanism was on the inside of the three-season room instead of the outside. Thus the lock could be unlocked from the outside by the turn of a knob, not preventing entry from the outside). It took weeks of emails and phone calls to at last get a new door installed, after they denied that anything was wrong.

My project was two different experiences. From the initial sale to the day of install was a zero- it was awful. Slow, chaos, unplanned, unorganized, and ghosted at one point for over three weeks. The second part was with Brady doing the install. It still took over a week to finish but he was very personable and put us at ease. We give him personally our highest rating. The average of zero and ten is five. If it wasn’t for Brady it would be zero.

Porch looks great we have been sitting on it every day and all our neighbors love it too.

Everything about my experience was good. From the initial sale to the completion everything was handled well

Though our experience with Patio Enclosures was extremely challenging, in the end - the responsiveness of our region's manager - Jordan Walker's, effort's to meet with us and hear of our issues lead to an acceptable resolution and for this reason, we would recommend Patio Enclosures.

1 wall was misordered twice. On 1st day of construction, all materials were not here. All 6 screens were damaged in some way. Scratches on metal parts. Gutter installment was terrible and rain just ran off the roof edge.

A contractor that shows up when they said and did everything they promised. I could not be happier
