Responsive to specific requirements
I loved everything about the project!
I will share my experience with others and let them decide.
I have nothing to add at this time
Initially the process went as advertised. Then there was a several month period where I couldn't get ahold of anyone & no work was done. Some of that was waiting on inspections but then it seems like my project was forgotten about. The work still isn't done 9 months later when I was given a 5-6 month window for the project.
A bit pricey and requires unnecessary negotiation like buying a car, but in the long run, good custom fit quality and fast service.
Not only would we not recommend Patio Enclosures, we would also not use them ourselves again.
Very detailed and excellent work. Love it.
There were unexpected complications with our existing porch which were not known or anticipated. It created problems for the installation crew. They brainstormed and consulted with the other experts to resolve the "hiccup."
They could have just camouflaged the problem and we would never have known, but they were very upfront and honest and instead of just working around the problem, they did all of the extra work needed to repair the issues, then they completed the installation as planned. We knew that everything was done right...better than right. Seeing that kind of integrity these days was and is most impressive!
Positive first: My three-season room seems to be well constructed. No leaking roof, etc. It is attractive and coordinates with my home.
I was unhappy, however, with the amount of time it took from contract signing to completion - 7 months. My sister and her family had a new addition built onto their home in less than three months. Hers is twice the size of mine and not much more than I paid for my tiny room; and I had to install my own flooring! Once she saw how long I was waiting for my room, she went with a local builder instead of Patio Enclosures.
Overall, my room while very small (8x7'8"), is ok for me. There are better values out there obviously, but I will enjoy my space once my flooring is installed by another company. I'm still waiting for that to be done.
Job was completed in a timely manner and help with the HOA approval form.
The efficiency of the process by which the team performed the work was amazing and well executed.
We're very happy with the finished product BUT .... Pretty sure that we were told that the project from signing to completion would take less than 7 months. The project took 15 months. Significant and unnecessary delays in obtaining permit (total almost 10 months from signing). Five months from start of construction to completion. Multiple changes in customer support staff. Like pulling teeth to get in touch and get response from company.
Excellent product and outstanding customer service and support.
Quality & design of the product. The warranty & customer service was great
This would have been a 10 if not for the issue with management. See #7 comments.
Received excellent service from beginning to end
Professionalism and knowledge of Product.
The process generally ran smooth with little interruption to my daily activity.
Materials good. Installer very good. Communication not good.
Adds value to our home and able to enjoy being outdoors without mosquitoes
Lack of communication and attention to detail
Lack of response to damaged during install items
Good workers but no one came by to monitor or check on job!
There was an agreement made by the salesman and upper personnel didn't honor it.
Love being able to enjoy room without pollen
Length of time to complete the enclosure
Your salesman lied to my wife and I and his employer. He slipped a diagram in the digital package (we did not see!) to justify his screw up on the direction of the swing on the door. We have been lied to saying a new door would be ordered with the correct out-swing but, no door has been ordered nor replaced the door installed and all communication has stopped!
We were lied to from the beginning. The project is not complete and don't expect Patio Enclosures to complete the project.
Their concern for my satisfaction of the job.
Communication, scheduling my own appointments. Hard to get up with staff. Not sending my referral person, Carolyn Williamson her $400 dollar referral check
have some come to check out problem.
This was the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. I would never recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone. In a brief summary, a project that was suppose to take roughly 2-3 after the actual project started took 8 Months. It took 7 months to even start the work. From the day I signed the contract to completion was a total of 15 months. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.
We were able to basically design what we were looking for.
Had to pay another company to "fix" the mess we had. After Kathybleft NO Ine knew what was going on, what payments were due.
Your installation guys built our room "backwards" per Charles your employee who came out 3 more times & still didn't get it fixed.
i referred John & Pam Hochmuth in our neighborhood to you & they had to get another company to "fix" their floor that you guys messed up. TERRIBLE!!
The communications to the customer needs to improve, in terms of giving the status of project on a consistent basis.
Employee urinated on my lawn, barely worked 4 hours a day, multiple issues with having to fix mistakes, had to have someone come back to tarp my porch because they left a furnished room completely uncovered. The only thing that was somewhat satisfactory was that the manager realized how bad and gave us some money back.
Initially I would have been willing to tell everyone about the company until my patio was completed and there were problems. Service request is pretty much useless. Contacting anyone was extremely difficult. Scheduling was ridiculous.
The communication. The cost. I've already complained to a number of people. lTo many people involved.
I would not recommend Patio Enclosures to a friend because project taking too long to complete. Screening materials arrived damaged and took too long to replace and it costs way more than it is worth. I am still waiting on a door knob part to this date which had been tentatively scheduled but yet to happen.
This was the worse experience I have ever had. The quality of the work was poor. I had trouble getting anyone on the phone
Ur workers built a wooden landing and steps. When I complained about the quality of the work I was told that they made a mistake, the steps was supposed to be completed by the Mason and since the steps weren't your problem the only choice I had was to have your men come and tear it down. After more complaints they have come back and made and effort to repair it. This project was supposed last year and be completed by December. Every tome I asked when it would start I was told u were waiting for the permit. When I asked if there was anything I could do I was told no. I decided to call Rocky Mount myself., paid for the permit and had the approval within hours. I was told that I would get a break on deduction for the permit, fir the foundation and for the delay. So far nothing. I have pictures to show. It took months to get the Amana system. When they finally came to put it in the room was nit wired for the system. So I had to wait for the electricians to come out and rewire thei work for the increased wattage. NO I woul not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This has caused stress with my family. I have MS and stress brings on my symptoms. To add insult to injury your company has collected payment through the loan company even though they did such poor work
Terrible experience, the issues we’ve had regarding our build should all be documented.
