We were lied to from the beginning. The project is not complete and don't expect Patio Enclosures to complete the project.
Their concern for my satisfaction of the job.
Communication, scheduling my own appointments. Hard to get up with staff. Not sending my referral person, Carolyn Williamson her $400 dollar referral check
have some come to check out problem.
This was the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. I would never recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone. In a brief summary, a project that was suppose to take roughly 2-3 after the actual project started took 8 Months. It took 7 months to even start the work. From the day I signed the contract to completion was a total of 15 months. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.
We were able to basically design what we were looking for.
Had to pay another company to "fix" the mess we had. After Kathybleft NO Ine knew what was going on, what payments were due.
Your installation guys built our room "backwards" per Charles your employee who came out 3 more times & still didn't get it fixed.
i referred John & Pam Hochmuth in our neighborhood to you & they had to get another company to "fix" their floor that you guys messed up. TERRIBLE!!
The communications to the customer needs to improve, in terms of giving the status of project on a consistent basis.
Employee urinated on my lawn, barely worked 4 hours a day, multiple issues with having to fix mistakes, had to have someone come back to tarp my porch because they left a furnished room completely uncovered. The only thing that was somewhat satisfactory was that the manager realized how bad and gave us some money back.
Initially I would have been willing to tell everyone about the company until my patio was completed and there were problems. Service request is pretty much useless. Contacting anyone was extremely difficult. Scheduling was ridiculous.
The communication. The cost. I've already complained to a number of people. lTo many people involved.
I would not recommend Patio Enclosures to a friend because project taking too long to complete. Screening materials arrived damaged and took too long to replace and it costs way more than it is worth. I am still waiting on a door knob part to this date which had been tentatively scheduled but yet to happen.
This was the worse experience I have ever had. The quality of the work was poor. I had trouble getting anyone on the phone
Ur workers built a wooden landing and steps. When I complained about the quality of the work I was told that they made a mistake, the steps was supposed to be completed by the Mason and since the steps weren't your problem the only choice I had was to have your men come and tear it down. After more complaints they have come back and made and effort to repair it. This project was supposed last year and be completed by December. Every tome I asked when it would start I was told u were waiting for the permit. When I asked if there was anything I could do I was told no. I decided to call Rocky Mount myself., paid for the permit and had the approval within hours. I was told that I would get a break on deduction for the permit, fir the foundation and for the delay. So far nothing. I have pictures to show. It took months to get the Amana system. When they finally came to put it in the room was nit wired for the system. So I had to wait for the electricians to come out and rewire thei work for the increased wattage. NO I woul not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This has caused stress with my family. I have MS and stress brings on my symptoms. To add insult to injury your company has collected payment through the loan company even though they did such poor work
Terrible experience, the issues we’ve had regarding our build should all be documented.
