Awful communications. I have had nothing but frustration throughout the whole process. Would never use you again. You are not inexpensive. It’s costing us over $21,000 and I’ve bad to pull information from your people, and I had to fight with them on the permit and site plan requirements several times. Very very bad to respond to my messages, and am now waiting for the door screen that was not sent. 3” posts had to be changed to 4” posts that slowed the process down.

Good service

While the quality of the product is stellar, the communication we received throughout was subpar. The only representative we could ever get a hold of was Josh who it seemed was constantly having to put out fires caused by other departments. Between the miscommunication and then constant lack of communication from the permitting department and from the woman in charge of our product, we would not feel comfortable recommending unless this was addressed. It is not okay for us to reach out countless times via email, phone, and voicemail and to be ignored.

Dry professional

The only thing that went smoothly and correctly was the actually building of the cage. 1. brought wrong color 2. could not adequately explain why, 3. contract had 2 page 8s as duplicate and not a page 9, flimsy excuses and I still do not know what I signed, but I have a copy sent to me by Patio Enclosures, 4 I guess they are waiting until I go away, I'm not.

I would never recommend Patio Enclosure’s.

Everything went well and it has transformed the space.

The special order 6’ wide windows that we contracted for were not ordered. The special order No see-um screen for our two screen doors was not ordered. Patio Enclosures did not pull a county building permit OR do the required engineering for this project. We did not receive any notice of commencement for installation. When it was time for our installation, we were assured we were in good hands for this installation. They proceeded to destroy all materials with the most shoddy work anyone could ever imagine. The construction manager looked the job over and told us there was a lot more wrong with the installation than the six points we were complaining about. Our salesman looked the job over and stated that it was the worst installation he had ever seen in his career. Most communication attempts went unanswered and no offer to refund and tear out ever made. We disputed the charges with our bank and were granted approval to claw back our monies as Patio Enclosures was not forthcoming in offering a refund after such a colossal failure. I could not recommend this company tomy worst enemy as No One should ever be treated this way. This is normal everyday business as near I can tell. The installers will tear this out today. It will be interesting to see how well or horribly bad this will go for us cleaning up this disaster. I have no confidence in this company whatsoever. Disappointed beyond belief.

Multiple days with improperly cut materials. Installer went to homedepot for aluminum materials. We paid extra for the top quality materials and feel that we ended up being sold a lie. The salesman/ team was legit nice and very helpful it was the installation that is lacking the proper follow through.

I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. This company has been very unresponsive to both emails and phone calls, making it difficult to get any clarity on the status of my project. Not only that, but they were significantly late in delivering my project, and when I reached out for updates, there was a complete lack of communication regarding timelines. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. I will NEVER recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone, friend or foe.

Entire room had to be torn down and rebuilt as it was done so poorly the first time. It was a lot of complaining before anyone came out to even look at it, I would call people and they would not return my call. When it was finally rebuilt, I asked the installer(Jeremy) numerous time about screens on the gutters, since my original gutters(that they cut off) had them. He assured me it would be done after inspection(multiple times). After inspection, calls to multiple people(Jeremy, Gustavo, Damon, Ashley) went unanswered. Eventually heard from Ashley that 'it wasn't in the contract' and they were not going to do it. After everything we went through, I would have thought that was not too much to ask, now I have to hire someone else to finish the job.

Not likely; too many issues with the manufacturing and installation.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and they were excellent at staying in touch with me and getting back to me if I had questions or concerns. All of your staff took customer service seriously and I appreciate that.

Job is still not done It would be unfair to review before job completion!

Long story short, I signed my contract in January of this year, and we are now in September, and I still don't have my porch even started. I had a basic small porch in the front that was completed on July 11 but that is it! This is the worst company I've EVER had the misfortune of signing up with!! Will never recommend to anyone.

The order took an entire year to be completed and did not pass the inspection

Piles of rock and dirt were left in my yard that killed my grass, my edging was bent, cement piles were left in the yard, trash and cigarette butts were left everywhere, and my patio furniture was used as a ladder and was left broken.
