Multiple days with improperly cut materials. Installer went to homedepot for aluminum materials. We paid extra for the top quality materials and feel that we ended up being sold a lie. The salesman/ team was legit nice and very helpful it was the installation that is lacking the proper follow through.

I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. This company has been very unresponsive to both emails and phone calls, making it difficult to get any clarity on the status of my project. Not only that, but they were significantly late in delivering my project, and when I reached out for updates, there was a complete lack of communication regarding timelines. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. I will NEVER recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone, friend or foe.

Entire room had to be torn down and rebuilt as it was done so poorly the first time. It was a lot of complaining before anyone came out to even look at it, I would call people and they would not return my call. When it was finally rebuilt, I asked the installer(Jeremy) numerous time about screens on the gutters, since my original gutters(that they cut off) had them. He assured me it would be done after inspection(multiple times). After inspection, calls to multiple people(Jeremy, Gustavo, Damon, Ashley) went unanswered. Eventually heard from Ashley that 'it wasn't in the contract' and they were not going to do it. After everything we went through, I would have thought that was not too much to ask, now I have to hire someone else to finish the job.

Not likely; too many issues with the manufacturing and installation.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and they were excellent at staying in touch with me and getting back to me if I had questions or concerns. All of your staff took customer service seriously and I appreciate that.

Job is still not done It would be unfair to review before job completion!

Long story short, I signed my contract in January of this year, and we are now in September, and I still don't have my porch even started. I had a basic small porch in the front that was completed on July 11 but that is it! This is the worst company I've EVER had the misfortune of signing up with!! Will never recommend to anyone.

The order took an entire year to be completed and did not pass the inspection

Piles of rock and dirt were left in my yard that killed my grass, my edging was bent, cement piles were left in the yard, trash and cigarette butts were left everywhere, and my patio furniture was used as a ladder and was left broken.
