Zander, sales rep, told my neighbor and me that there was no permit required. We have since learned that permanent glass enclosures do require a permit. The office reached out to me to try and persuade me to allow construction before HOA approval. I declined. Zander gave my contact information out to other customers without my permission. Finally, my neighbor and I were promised travel vouchers. It took my neighbor 7 months to get his voucher and the referral fee. I still have not gotten my travel voucher after almost a year.

We had a very good experience from initially stopping at the local store and Marty doing an excellent job of selling us the product even though he wasn't a salesman to the final installation of the enclosure.

Liked the whole experience. And am very pleased with completed project.

Your salesman was great but if i were to do it again i would wish to see a completed project, see samples of windows, and a overseer during construction. Also a one time professional window cleaner would be a bonus as it was hard to get caulk off windows when most of us are seniors.

The woman on the phone was the most condescending person I have ever spoken too. I reached out for assistance and she would not listen or accept there was an error not on my part. She was so offensive I lost my temper swore at her and hung up. 20 minutes later my salesmen called to explain the issue and apologized for her lack of knowledge to your programs. It’s a shame this was amazing until she decided to treat me as if I was a deadbeat customer.

Great enclosure, but price is got to be the highest

We would recommend Patio Enclosures to our neighbors but with a caveat... At our initial in-home meeting the sales manager offered a 'cost-free cruise voucher' as an incentive. The Patio Enclosure was installed by 'excellent' workmen on November 20. On December 9 we inquired to the sales manager about the as-yet unfulfilled cruise voucher. ...No response. We re-inquired on December 12 with separate escalation to the regional sales manager. There has been no response from either as of today, December 16. Our neighbor who also purchased a Patio Enclosure stated the same issue of an unfulfilled sales offering of a no-cost cruise voucher. It appears that our experience is not a one-off, but seemingly a repeated sales tactic with non-response to customer inquireies.

Everyone on the team was excellent and kept me well informed.

The work was performed on time and came together quickly. Installers were professional. Only issue was GreenSky's operations which interfered with my credit score each time they transfered funds without notifyng me ahead of time forcing me to respond to several credit agencies and credit card issuers.

The contractors did not feel it was necessary to tell me when they were leaving or arriving the 2nd and third day. They found it an issue if I had any questions. They appeared very unprofessional in dress and vehicle. Showed no form of ID they were from patio enclosures

On time and no rush.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The installation was a breeze and the installers were excellent. They knew exactly what they were doing! I was very pleased as they cleaned up as they went!
