The product absolutely great. We got the 4 seasons room, expensive but I believe worth every penny. The installers where very professional, perfectionist, attention to every little detail. All together just perfect. We absolutely love it. Also you can't beat the warranty.

I think the product is great, but im not satisfied with the installation and communication process.

Zander, sales rep, told my neighbor and me that there was no permit required. We have since learned that permanent glass enclosures do require a permit. The office reached out to me to try and persuade me to allow construction before HOA approval. I declined. Zander gave my contact information out to other customers without my permission. Finally, my neighbor and I were promised travel vouchers. It took my neighbor 7 months to get his voucher and the referral fee. I still have not gotten my travel voucher after almost a year.

We had a very good experience from initially stopping at the local store and Marty doing an excellent job of selling us the product even though he wasn't a salesman to the final installation of the enclosure.

Liked the whole experience. And am very pleased with completed project.
