From the beginning: no design was given to us, the wrong products were sent, our gutters were cut and capped with NO drain.
Return visit, after many weeks, corrections were made to the layout to allow better access. Gutters were finally drained but drains AND gutters themselves overflowed.
Many cuts were made to the framing for no obvious reasons.
A final visit was made to try and correct everything but some things were not correctable. On top of everything THE COVER POPS LOUDLY CONSTANTLY and no one knows what to do about it.

I had to wait 9 weeks for a window that should have taken 3 weeks. I do appreciate you. You do good work but accuracy can make a difference on quality
