Delays on most dates, nonresponsive, left patio unusable with no electricity for weeks, and did unacceptable work in a variety of areas.

Installers need to be on time. Too much time wasted on the first two days of prepping and installing the room. Only 8 hours spent.

Expensive and permitting process took very long.

It took too long to clear up sevaral installation issues. The company did not have sufficient office staff to back up thoses who were out for family issues which caused unnecessary communication issues.

The "upgraded" materials look cheap and were not put together well. Windows with large gaps in framing. Installation was not done well. Screens arrived with holes in them. I really expected better, especially with the high cost of the project. Reported the problems with installation to the office, and was met with a lack of communication on when repairs to the projects would be completed. It was so bad that I had to contact my salesman more than once because I could not get any response from the customer service rep. When I did have communication with the customer service rep, I was given the run-around. Took almost 2 months to get someone out to do the repairs. Took a month to get the electrical sub-contractors out to do their part of the project. However, they did a great job once they came. Project installation began on August 12th, with initial installation completed in 3 days. Repairs were not made until September 19th.

Did an outstanding job through the entire process. The project was completed within the time frame and crew was professional. The structure is beautiful and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely recommend to others.

The installation of our new sunroom was a disappointment to say the least. Window didn’t lock, gaps in the window frames where you could see light coming in at the top, unlevel walls, windows & sliding glass door, bent aluminum wrapped post with multiple dents on the aluminum post. Unattached down spout after installer disconnected it to wrap the post. Rippled window screen. Huge openings and gaps in the aluminum, and dirty windows, door, and transom window.

Then we had to wait 1 Month before anyone came to inspect and address the punch list. Punch list was finally taken care of, but still left us with filthy windows.

You would think a $29k brand new sunroom came with clean windows, and no debris left behind on the floor. Very disappointing.
