Having purchased a 100 year old home in need of a new kitchen floor, I was planning to replace with tile. I have laid tile before and felt I was up to the task but after setting 3 backer boards it was clear that working full time and getting the floor done in a timely manner was not going to happen! A friend of mine works for Pat Scales so I decided to call her up and see if I could get the job done. I was able to request my friend, she is AH-MAZING, and within 4 days the kitchen tile was down and looked beautiful! They really did a great job and although it was a small job (for them) and slightly over my intended budget, it was huge for me not to have to spend countless evenings doing the work. Pat Scales worked with me to get a price that was fair and within my comfort zone. I would definitely recommend their crew to anyone looking for professional results! I work in real estate and see a lot of contracted work that is done poorly or sometimes not at all. Pat Scales delivered on everything as promised...well done!

I’m so pleased with my kitchen remodel from PSR! The remodel includes all new cabinetry, hardware, countertop, sink & faucet, mosaic tile backsplash, and lighting. They also reoriented the door from a coat closet into the kitchen to create pantry space and enlarged the pass-through to the dining room.I've never been through a remodel of this size and the PSR team helped me through the process, with good ideas, advice, and advocacy along the way. Everyone I worked with -- Pat, Cora, Ian and especially Jake -- was terrific.The project took just about three weeks and I loved coming home each day to see the progress.
