Kent Pochmara, the Salesperson, and the crews that replaced and painted our new siding as well as the crew that demolished and rebuilt our deck with a new screened in porch did a fantastic job. The crews were at the house first thing in the morning and stayed on the job until way past 5 or 6 pm in the evening. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend Painting Plus without hesitation.

I really think the carpenters and painters did a great job! I do not care for the managers of the project. There was not enough follow-up and professionalism from the project managers. There were times when Robert was scolding Chad right in front of me. Also, not enough skilled problems solving strategies such as the time when the new siding was coming up, suddenly part of my home's light system was not working. Robert came in and looked at my electric panel and said it was something wrong with my electric panel (too old). It turned out that my handy friend solved the problem: it turned one of the carpenters had accidentally nailed into the electric line. I told Robert this and he asked the carpenters to check for nails in a line. They found it, the problem solved!

PaintingPlus has been amazing. They replaced the majority of the siding on my two story house and exterior pool house, painted everything in three colors to match the exterior textures, painted out front porch, rebuilt the porch railing and whole host of other accent items. They are in the process removing a 30x10 back porch that was collapsing and roof starting to sag on the overhang. They are about 80% complete rebuilding it, supporting and releveling the roof, building a pony wall and screening it in. They also have added an exterior deck for grilling. It all looks awesome! Our house looks brand new. Oh and they are about to pressure wash and stain 900 lf of 8 ft high cedar fence. There is no job these guys can't do. Look no further, these guys are top notch quality and speed.

The only problem we had at all was a communication problem with some of the workers, most of whom spoke only Spanish. I think it would be great if one person on every crew spoke good English. Anthony Dallavalle was the very best salesperson/project manager ever! We have worked with him twice, and he is outstanding in the way he takes care of his customers!! We have recommended this company, and we will in the future recommend this company because of the care we got from Anthony!

Fantastic workmanship. They paid attention to the tiniest details. While working, they noticed and photographed roof boots that were leaking, we had been ripping drywall out thinking it was old copper pipes. We had our roofer out that gooed the old boots, they still leaked! Charlie sent a phenomenal crew that put new boots on and fixed the leak.

I can't recommend Brad and Painting Plus Inc. enough. We desperately needed new siding and were overwhelmed by the prospect of it. Our experience was incredible from start to finish. They were flexible with us on timing and picking paints, etc. In fact, it's taking forever for us to get the door we ordered, and they've been so gracious to agree to come back and paint it once it arrives (it's part of the scope of our project but had no idea it would take so long to secure the door. 2020, am I right?). I have already recommended both Brad and Painting Plus to various friends who are thinking about replacing their siding. It was an easy experience with professional, friendly, and flexible staff. 10/10!

I highly recommend Mike, my sales representative. He is very friendly and follows up with me. After the whole project was finished, I had some requests, and he followed up even though it happened quickly. He didn't forget. I still have one request that he hasn't called me back to confirm. There is a modification I needed. It is not his fault at all, but I forgot to mention to have the gutters pained a different color. He said he would try to connect me with the same painting people. The company is very busy, and for a small touch up like that, I will wait because I love the job they did for me. I did recommend them to others and I think it helped Mike. He is a good guy.

Highly competitive pricing (i got bids from 6 companies). Painting plus was 2nd lowest. Didn't go with the lowest because I felt the Painting Plus salesperson really knew his stuff. Did not regret my decision. This was a very large project and the quote had to be adjusted 4x. Salesperson was very accommodating. Workmanship was good. No complaints but I do wish they did garage doors too. Would use them for that if they did.

The workmanship of the finished project is impeccable, I am so proud of my house I keep inviting my neighbors and friends over to take a closer look and allow me to brag about my beautiful house. The Home Owners Association directors have all dropped by and thanked me for my contribution to the neighborhood. I don’t think I have ever made a better financial decision than trusting Painting Plus to take care of my house.
