Better communication between bidder and installers

While we likely paid a lot more to have our spa tub changed over to a large walk-in shower, the process with Pacific Bath from start to finish was terrific. We are 100% pleased with the final product. The Kohler fixtures and materials used for the shower walls is high-quality and a brand we can trust.

Highest price but quality product and installation

David our salesperson was very helpful and courteous. He gave us options and was not high pressure on making our decision to get the shower remodel.

Our experience was straight forward and everything was done in a timely manner. Shout out to Cody our shower installer- he is professional, friendly and worked meticulously and is detained oriented. He did an excellent job overall and we appreciated his communication with us each step of the way.

I would recommend Pacific Bath mainly because of their great PR abilities !! Every contact I spoke to was very patient and listened to what my needs were.

Everything took so much time. 6-8 weeks is a long time when you decide to invest the amount of money it took just to hurry up and wait. Perhaps additional installers should be trained for a quicker turn around.

Inform the homeowner of any structural situations that may arise.

Long wait time after we got rot fixed before shower was installed. Installer did not cover one corner with bullnose as sales rep said would be included. When rot was found on the initial work day, on-site staff did not communicate with us at all; we were notified by a phone call from a project coordinator.

I have no problem with the installation of my tub the waterproofing walls were not put on correctly as we were not ask how high we wanted them. I was told if I changed my recommendation score I would get my waterproofing fixed for free and now waiting for a date for that to happen. I have made a copy of this entire survey for my records

Love my new walk-in shower but it was much more expensive to do than I expected.

Salesman never returned any of my calls when I had questions about stud replacement. Very disappointed since we discussed that issue before we even began the project. He said he would put some money in the estimate for some of that cost. But when it happened he never returned my voicemails. Very unprofessional.

As promised the bathtub to shower remodel was done in 2 days but there was more caulking than I expected and I would give the quality of the caulking a B- I expected an A+ for the price I payed. There was caulk splattered on the shower walls which I would have expected to be cleaned. The glass doors were also not cleaned and not well adjusted . A part was wrong so it was send to me I expect that I will have to install it myself. The shower handle on the glass door seems like someone cut it but forgot to sand it before putting the ends on it so in my eyes does not meet my expectation for high end product. So in my opinion mich to expensive for the quality received therefore I will have difficulties to recommend it to my friends
