Almost a month in to a four day restoration, and no solution to my unfished bathroom

The installation of the shower is beautiful. Justin and his partner did an amazing job. We were not too happy with the shower door installation. Cleanup was terrible (footprints left on shower floor and several nicks on the bathtub).

The salesman was nice, the installation team was great, the product is ok, but not 20K ok.

The product is excellent. The end result exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful. Workers kept on schedule and worked well as a team.

I was told the shower doors would not spot they would be clear after a shower and I took my first yesterday and the glass looks dirty and I don't like it at all. I would have never had clear glass put in. What can you to change the shower doors.

The initial installers forgot to remove a plug in the booster thereby preventing hot water tank from working. Three days later a repairman came over and figured out the problem and promptly corrected the error. I'd suggest the initial installers double check their work and have the company reward them accordingly. The fill time was NOT two minutes but closer to 5min. The drain time was accurate. The performance of the walk in tub was F A N T A S T I C!!. What a difference it has been in our lives!!

Love the Kohler products, has lifetime warranty.

Likely to recommend on the condition that installers are better trained in drywall texturing and caulking.

I researched my shower & bathroom remodel for 2 years and finally made the decision the day Tim gave his presentation. Absolutely no doubt this was the best company for my remodel. My before, during and after pictures amazes everyone! Thank you so much!

see final comments on dust and install error. The escutcheons ,these are the decorative covers over mounting screws for the shower head Assembly, not properly installed on shower spin when trying to clean.

We are still waiting for the correct door to be installed. The shower is great and the guys that put it in were great. Also liked your salesman, Jack. It just had been a long, long wait to get it finally finished and been very hard to get anyone when we call.

It wasn't just one thing, and it wasn't many issues. The installation team worked well together. One member should have input reference anything he may have observed with the other to influence the quality of the installation at completion. Working together for the common good will generate more happy customers.

Please see comment below. The service and expertise of the installers were a "10". I only gave a "9" because of the sales person's inablity to give good customer service. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and the products Pacific Bath uses. Allen and Juan are exceptional installers.

I can't think of anything during the entire process that would keep me from doing this again.

From start to finish it could not have gone better. A complicated installation was handled efficiently with a very satisfying conclusion. We were consulted every step of the way and the custom choices were delivered with helpful input from the initial consultation all the way until the final installation. Highly recommended.

Overall, would not recommend. I do have two more baths that need addressing , but don’t feel Kholer/ Pacifi Bath met my expectations the first time.

Not sure if we feel that the high cost = the value that was sold to us.

Your cheap parts inside the shower was insulting!
A plastic seat that’s very slippery if soap gets on it
Your very cheap shelf with to big holes in the top , what in he:: will we use that for

Almost $17,000 and you put that crap in the shower!

The install team was fabulous

Bathtub was nicked due to a sharp object being dropped. Bathtub wasn’t protected from possible damage and was used to store all equipment. The ceiling and wall were nicked/dented and needed repair. One installer used caulking to fill the damage in, I later had to remove the caulking and repair the drywall myself. The shower head sprayed water from the fixtures connection, upward to the ceiling.
Bathtub caulking was dripped and tracked on tile floors in both bathrooms and onto the plank flooring. Flooring was protected in some areas, but not in the bathrooms.

I have two install issues that need to be corrected and so far, while I have contacted customer service several times, several appointments to remedy the problems have been missed.

They explained the process up front so I understood the process. They started and completed the job on time and cleaned up when they were finished. It looks great!

We are happy with the completed job. It is a rental home and tenants are delighted.

The sales rep was thorough with our needs. We were kept apprised of install expectations. Shower looks great!

I am always apprehensive about having someone work in my home. The team from Pacific Bath was friendly and professional, protected my home during the work, and cleaned up afterwards just right. I would have them back when I do the other bathroom.

Overall, we had 2 showers and one bath done with our project. The install teams went above and beyond for us.
