Yes, I think you guys made things easy for me but my friends said it was pricey.

Unfortunately I had a plumbing issue which meant no water came out the first time I tried using my brand new shower. Water had spilled into my neighbor’s condo unit downstairs as a result. While Pacific Bath ultimately did a good job correcting the situation, it caused quite a bit of stress and took the excitement away of getting my new shower. My neighbor was looking to get her shower done and as a result of this, I could not recommend Pacific Bath to her.

I would have concerns, about encouraging my friends or family members to use Pacific bath without being very thorough in the process to make sure they’re getting what they are looking for as well as an installation team that doesn’t cut corners.

Sales well presented, installers did a great job, respected my home answering questions along the way.

It was fast and easy to set up. It only took two days. Minimal impact to us and the functioning of the house. Afterwards it looked great. Most off all we are happy with the overall results.

The whole team vastly outperformed my wildest expectations. I am a110% satisfied.

The materials are terrific and the installation has gone well but there’s a rough edge that needs to be addressed. I think a piece of trim would totally take care of that but it has yet to be done.

They through my shower sprayer away without asking me if I wanted to keep it. Also lthey didn’t finish in 2 day so on the 4th day I missed s baseball game I was schedule. To attend. Other than that the shower is great

The workmen did a fabulous job and the quality of the product is great.

I'd have given a rating of 10, but the plumber (Vince) was fine with not completing the job due to reasons that other plumbers discredited and that someone else had to be scheduled to complete which delayed the completion of the overall project by 1 day. That said, I will definitely recommend Pacific Bath to anyone looking to do a similar upgrade.

The Pacific Batth sales and installation teams were well trained professionals. The installers were efficient, courteous and skilled.

I feel Pacific Bath's product is over-priced.

The clean up afterwards was less than desirable. Damaged wood molding was never fixed after making repeated phone calls. Bathroom mirror had caulk smeared on it and was very difficult to remove.

Pacific Bath had all the contractors lined up, they showed up on time.

Scott the plumber had a very bad attitude. I reported him to Production manager. He was giving ne attitude in MY home, dictating to me, then talking AT Me about his years of experience after I suggested that where Main water valve was located.

I would recommend but advise my friend to closely review the parts list and question every detail to avoid any the problem we had (see #2 below).

The installers were amazing . Very polite and professional.

Did not like the shelf choices, and when asked where to place it, we guessed wrong. I would rather had 2 corner shelves as I have already hit the shelf with my shoulder as it is in the wrong place. I don't care for the monstrous door as we can't hardly get in and out of the shower as it almost hits the outside wall. We were told it was a non-slip bottom, but my my first foot placement in the shower slipped.

I liked that they take care of permits and contractors, it's not as stressful as doing it on your own.

The shower enclosure looks and works great, and the installers were able to do the job so we didn't have to paint anything.

My friends are dead or live in another state. The odds of me making new friends are slim to none since I rarely leave my home.
