Professional presentation by sales rep on bath remodel and provided good answers to someone who is somewhat familar with remodeling (me).

First off, the salesman Chad was pleasant and didn’t pressure me at all into deciding on Renuity. His knowledge of your product and his low pressure sales tactic is what sold me! I really like the style and quality of the product I chose and the sliding “barn door” glass was just the look I wanted. Jacob and Dave did an outstanding job of installation. They made a great team, worked hard and were so pleasant to work with as well.

Listening to the sales representative on the quality of the material was very informative discussing the cost of the insulation was a little bit spooky and like anybody I would’ve liked to have been able to adjust the price a little bit more but with the company being a more stellar name in the bathroom remodel inventory, I was happy to go with it even at the higher end of the price because of the name and loyalty to the product and taking care of it so for that, I would recommend Kohler!

Installation did not go as smooth as indicated by the sales team so be flexible in your expectations. The finished product is worth it.

Quality product. Crew was outstanding from start to finish. Terrific craftsmanship and communication.

1. The installation was VERY expensive for a 34” square shower remodel. 2. The new shower door pivot is 10” from the wall, and when the glass door is opened, there is a 6” length of glass protruding into the shower at that pivot point. For a small 34” x 34” (original) shower, this is just a poor design. After I shower, I open the shower door, grab a towel, and return to the shower to begin toweling off from the head down. The protruding glass door just intrudes on an already small space. Even with your current design, I would think that the pivot point should be 4” or so from the wall, as that distance would prevent impinging on the towel rack behind an opened shower door. I was advised that smaller distance for the pivot point was not possible. 3. Two ceramic floor tiles near the pivot point were chipped and cracked, due to installation issues. The 2 ceramic tiles were repaired. The repair was pretty good, but I have no idea how long it will last. The shower does look beautiful, but a $4,000 refund would make me happy!
