Working with your company and crew was very uplifting. Still very expensive, but worth it in the long haul. Kevin and his crew was extremely professional, with real life personalities. Grateful to have them.

We have had good experiences with Costco installation services in the past, so that gave us the confidence to undergo this project with Renuity. We were not disappointed and are very happy with our new showers/walk-in tub. We also take comfort in knowing that Renuity stands behind their work with a 3-year warranty and that Kohler offers a lifetime warranty on their products.

Very respectful. Kept me informed throughout the process. They estimated 2 days and it was completed in 2 days. Everything was clean when they left.

Make sure the installers can get the panels up any stairways before starting the installation. We had to wait an extra day for the solution. I appreciated the solution provided by your company - I ended up with shelves I had not included originally!

This type of remodel really only appeals to someone who is not interested in a more traditional tiled and more creative bathroom.

Job started on 2/10/26 and is still not done. I have been told someone would be over to install the shower doors twice and no one showed up or called me or contacted me either time! I had to call to find out myself! As of today 2/24/26 I have no idea when or if my shower install will be finished!

Seemed to be late or not show

Jacob and Sergio were amazing! They kept me informed throughout the project and were willing to teach me some things along the way. I felt very assured by their experience and expertise.

The workers were very prompt in their arrival. They were very neat, setting up tarps on my floors and they kept me informed with the any changes to the work.

The process was not complicated. The project manager kept us informed throughout the process, the installers were professional and warm, and they took my needs and into consideration and communicated effectively. The whole experience was great.

The price is very high.
