Started with punctuality. Not one of them showed up on time. Installers had limited English skills and lacked the common sense to ask before doing something.

Shower is super nice. The gentlemen were profesional, polite, and very careful to clean up when done for the day. My office contact was very helpful and responsive. I never had any problems. PB personal are the best.

Great staff from sales representatives through the service representatives all the way to the installation crew. They were all very personable yet professional and the entire process was very smooth and enjoyable.

Very poor communication between salesman and work team which caused unnecessary extensive delay (6-8weeks). Had someone simply come to look at the job once demo had been done to discuss and explain options, this would not have been the case. Everything done by first team sent was redone by second team sent 2 months later.

They arrived on time and took great care to protect all the surfaces in our house from damage and dust. They did an amazing job with the installation in one day and left the house spotless. Very happy with our beautiful new walk in shower!

This tub is good quality, I have no problem with the product. What I do have a problem with is that the tub is too big for me. I am 5 ft 1 in tall and weigh 102. The pictures on the brochure show tall women leaning back and having to bend their knees. My experience is that my feet do reach the end of the tub so that when I try to lean back the water pushes forward or sideways. The jets are great but to enjoy them I have to hang on tight and cannot relax and enjoy. My question is, the salesman, Nicholas, who is quite good at his job, did not make any reference to height. If he had, of course he could not have made the sale. This huge investment is basically useless to me other than a tub with a hand sprayer. I have reached out to Nicholas and Carrie and so far have received no information about what can be done to solve this. They did assure me that it will be taken care of. If I could return the tub, I would, but obviously that isn't an option or is it in some form?

The bathroom looks fabulous! Everything works great. There were a couple of nicks in the wall that will need touched up but that is minor. The installers cleaned everything very well although there is some smeared residue, possibly caulk, on the walls. Hard to see but you can feel it with a squeegee or your hand. Overall, very satisfied.

The whole process was seamless.

The job was done beautifully. However the installation team didn’t realize they were sending big chunks of debris I to my finished basement. When I pointed it out, they tarped the area. Unfortunately, neither I nor they noticed that the debris continued to fall into my utility area and it is full of debris.

The area outside the bathroom was very dirty and dusty after the installation. I just cleaned, dusted and vacuumed before the job began. Glass doors weren't cleaned and had fingerprints. A plumber and electrician were sent out. I was told my main electrical run may have to be moved. I had no intention of letting an electrician I didn't hire do extensive damage to my garage ceiling and existing electric work. Totally unnecessary. Debris from the plumbing installation that ended up in the garage below was never cleaned up. So the statement that Pacific Bath leaves your house as it was before the installation didn't happen.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Pacific to family and friends! In fact, I already have and they have an appointment coming up soon to discuss with Chris. When I’m ready to do my next bathroom, I will definitely call. Pacific!

The techs were knowledgeable and worked well together. It was a big job due to figuring out how to get the electric run to the basement and a new circuit added to the circuit box, and it took a bit longer than expected to complete the job. I love my new walk in tub.

You should be more specific in the details of the work to be done. This was not clear during the sales presentation.

could not have asked for a better team (Teddy and team ) to install our shower. They did a wonderful job. They were so pleasant, fast, and incredibly clean. There was no damage to our walls despite having to lug really heavy materials upstairs. Teddy was able to adjust a back panel which did not fit through the door so that a seam was not visible through the shower door and we are very happy with the results .

We are satisfied with the overall installation and quality of the shower. However when we tell friends or family how much we paid for it they are surprised at how much it cost. Are response is we felt the cost was high but the overall quality and installation was good so we justified the expense.
