All the people where very professional and helpful. Great communications throughout the process. Entire shower replacement was completed in 2 days and looks amazing!! Insulation crew were very professional and did a great job! Would highly recommend!!!!!

Too expensive!! Great product but it was not with the price tag

The installers were very professional. They cleaned up at the end of the day. And asked during the project questions to make sure everything was correct.

The whole process from sales to installation to minor adjustments went very smoothly. We now have a beautiful shower that is safer and easy to maintain.

Liked the way in which the job was handled. The running of copper pipes and the electrical wiring two floors to the main electrical box. The neatness of floor and steps covering. The protection and sometimes removal of items on the walls leading to the installation. The concern of the installer about doing the best job possible.

Exceptional Service and Quality from Pacific Bath Company!

Last week, Pacific Bath Company completed our shower renovation, and my wife and I cannot speak highly enough about their services — particularly the installer, Roman. His professionalism was truly impeccable, demonstrating great attention to detail and ensuring every aspect of the installation was flawless. He kept me in the loop on his progress the entire time and requested input regarding certain things (the height of the wall panels, the position of the shelving inset) exactly when and as needed.

The quality of the work delivered exceeded my expectations, and the product itself is outstanding. The shower walls take up so much less space now than the plastic surround that came with the house. They seem VERY durable, are absolutely stunning visually, and fit aesthetically into the space perfectly. The Kohler doors and hardware also are perfect in every way. We love it. The bathroom now looks fantastic — exactly as we envisioned it. While the project was a bit on the pricier side, it was worth every penny for the level of craftsmanship and quality received.

Drew, the salesperson that came to see us first, also did a fantastic job explaining the whole process, setting expectations and was very knowledgeable, providing recommendations and helping us to select the best product and financing for us.

They did a great job!

The install team damaged and dented my stainless steel refrigerator sometime during the install process. They failed to advise of the damage. The project managers determined that there was nothing they could since there was no proof of how the damage happened. Pacific Bath chose not to own their mistake.

The total project took 33 days from contract signing to completion of my tub to shower conversion. Installers Plumbers and Electricians were knowledgeable and very efficient at completing their aspects of the project. I would recommend You use the services of Pacific Bath!

Your install team dented my stainless steel refrigerator with their equipment. They failed to admit it when it happened, now the installation manager says pacific bath isn’t responsible because there’s no proof, so they won’t make it right.

I was amazed that they could get this job done in two days and still provide the level of quality that I’m seeing. In addition to removing the old shower,l they had to do some framing and some drywall and they had to do plumbing and they had to fix my drain which was very malodorous.

Every aspect of my experience with Pacific Bath - meeting with the salesperson, communicating with customer service, and installing my shower - was excellent. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

We have already mentioned our satisfaction with friends and family.

Discoloration of the calking
I am concerned that the caulking on the floor under the teak seat has discolored to a pink. There is no discoloration of the caulking in any other area of the shower. I tried a Mr. Clean magic sponge to clean it, but, the discoloration remained. Is this something that I should expect or is there a cleaner you can recommend to remove this pink color? Thank you for your time.

We haven't tried the shower yet, as our bathroom is still being remodeled. Our experience with the price and sales tactics was very questionable. Right now, we are just trusting that it was worth the money because of the Kohler name, but we still feel like we paid way too much for it.

Pacific Bath demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of its business, from initial contact to completion of the project. We are very happy with the Kohler design and quality.
