Pacific bath was exceptional, from sales to the installation crew. First rate.
I was truly impressed with the degree of professionalism, knowledge in planning that went into the project I was paying for.
My husband wanted to have this shower installed. I did not. It was way too expensive. The salesman that came was Paul. My husband talked with him I’d say over a hour. After hearing the conversation for 5 min. I left the room. Very pushy salesman. I was in sales for over 15 yrs. My husband never asks for much, I told him I don’t want to know anything about this shower, not the price or anything, it’s all on you. My husband died even before the shower was installed. But, I was told that he put down a non refundable $2,000 . I knew I could not afford this on my own. I kept getting calls from Paul , I agreed for him to come out to take off some of the whistles and bells to drop down the price . He told me about financing. At this point I agreed to anything just to stop getting calls. Again this was not something I wanted. It was my husband. He is passed now
Excellent service and high quality!!
Great job, salesman was very helpful and thorough. Installers were great and respectful of the property. It took only 2 days which I'm glad so that they weren't rushed and did things right (they also had a long drive from Chicago area to our home in Jasper county).
The Pacific Bath installers were highly knowledgeable and professional craftsmen.
Ruben, Dan , Rich and the plumber Mike.
I found that it took a week before I could use my shower due to the shower leaking badly in the basement and it took that long to get it under control.
Couldn’t be happier with our new walk in shower! Efficient and professional work!
I was misled about the financing. Had Id known the truth l would never have purchased it!
Our experience was overwhelming positive. Very professional and as clean as they could be. The plumber was great at working with our bizarre existing plumbing. They confirmed everything on site during installation. There was a great attention to detail.
I was very excited about this, I was willing to pay this amount in order to be complete in 2 days. We had the installers here Oct 21 and 22 but the door was missing a piece(s) and so they are still not finished, we are waiting for door parts. this is the reason for my great dissatisfaction. There some adhesive left on the luxes tone and the floor.
The personnel were easy to work with and the company has an excellent reputation.
It was a painless process! Should have done it years ago.
Our experience has been very frustrating. Trying to correct the problem. Outer door poorly aligned (gap on top, therefore not sealing well. and being told that the problem is the house, gap in the ceiling trim and being told that the problem is the ceiling. By the way we had a tub with an enclosure before and the enclosure doors sealed, no gaps.
Recommend highly. Remodels worry me, but I was delighted by how seamlessly things moved along with Pacific Bath, from scheduling, to install, to after service. Pacific Bath removed an old bathtub and installed a safe, durable, modern shower. The install crew discovered surprises along the way—our bathroom tile was super strong 1950s quality and it took them quite a bit of work to remove, it then broke off more than any of us had wanted or planned, but they fixed it beautifully. There was a narrow gap on the wall, they covered that. They even matched the slight difference in the flooring between our existing tile and the shower floor. A teak chair we ordered could not be installed on the far wall as planned because the space to the outer wall was too thin, so they put it against the side wall and adjusted the grab bar. It looks really nice. They were thoughtful and creative and provided solutions that considered our needs. There was so much dust but they were wonderful and so respectful of our home and they covered and cleaned it as much as they could. To ensure the floor is not slippery, they added a special spray. Overall, exceptional. They seemed pricey initially but the investment is worth every penny and we are highly satisfied by the excellent workmanship and customer service.
I was so happy with the job Pacific Bath did that I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. From the original sales call to the completion of the install everything ran as smooth as silk.
The finished install showeer is OK . But I was not pleased with some of the details. First they broke the first back wall piece and told me they would have to put in a seam , I sad no I would not pay for it with a seam in it. The discussion got a bit heated but they came back the next day and installed a new piece. They were suppose to ask about the placement and height of 2 shelves, they did not and installed the shelves much higher than I would have asked. My wife is short and I am not sure she will be able to use the one shelf. The one door does not close evenly top and bottom. There is a gap at the top when the bottom hits the bumper. The sheet rock they installed could have been done much better as I will be doing the spackling and painting myself. For what this cost I expected much better and so I could not recommend them.
I’m not trying to cause any problems here but if you want my honest opinion: the plumbing guy left a huge mess in the basement after he accessed the bathroom floor. As for the shower itself there’s things I’m not happy with at all, if anything I’d like a reasonable $$ amount deducted from my bill!
Very expensive. Workers have not been trained well. Scheduling staff is not informed about the project. A lot of mess was made doing the project
I would not recommend you guys because you saw my husband coming
Quick work, neatly done, great shower! Everyone was very nice to work with. We especially appreciate that they were able to get us on their schedule several weeks earlier than proposed.
I don't usually make recommendations as I'm pretty particular, but in the case of Pacific Bath I do highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, Nicholas asked me if a potential customer could contact me and I said of course! So I helped "close" a sale already so that speaks volumes.
Great job and willing to work keeping the cost down.
Did not bring shower doors as requested and damage to surrounding areas they said they were not responsible to fix.
A lengthy install time due to set backs on permits and electric issues on my part.
