My front entrance way including Door,large sidelights and transom window had dimensional issues from the factory. All were remedied and final product was excellent.

It was a great no pressure sales experience. The whole ordeal from start to finish went smoothly and I felt absolutely no pressure to choose them over their competition. What made me choose them first was their design construction. I couldn't be more happier with my final choice.

I will not recommend FHIA, the processes was stressful and the rep that I had contact with was rude and disrespectful.

The first team that was sent to do the install of the windows lacked basic knowledge on how to install them properly. Once of the installers was consistently on the phone for the first window asking questions about the installation.

I was impressed with the installation. There were three teams doing the installation and they did not waste any time. Each crew member stayed busy and worked well with his partner. Installation was done in minimum time. Clean up after installation was done promptly and completely.

They took care not to damage the house and kept my house clean w paper on the ground and taped off windows to keep dust out. Were quite quick and very organized.

The whole experience was easy and fast. Everyone was very professional, and follow up was great!

From the start our sales rep was a great guy and the price was right around where we were figuring it to be. They worked with us every step of the way. We had a hurricane in between installation and inspection. Our old windows never would have held up. Thankful we had the new windows installed when we did. The make the whole house look new! We would recommend them to any of our neighbors and friends.

Pedro and his crew were great, they put coverings over the furniture to protect it, also put coverings on the floor. They worked from 10:00 am non stop until 3:30. They cleaned up after themselves and you’d never even know that they had been there at all, unless you looked at the windows of course

I believe they did a great job on the window. The only critique I would have is I was not pleased with how the edging was done on the outside of the window. It is not smooth as it was would have been if an edger tool was used versus someone's finger.

Excellent products and installation. The lengths they crew went to to protect the inside was incredible.

There was a breakdown in communication several times as they didn’t speak English. I had to use google translator. A point of contact reached out to me on their behalf but I experienced difficulties with him as well.

It took a long time to get the required Permit from the County,and it almost disrupted my Travel plans.

From sales to installation everything when smoothly met all our expectations.

I thought everyone was great from start to finish. A screw up of two, but they fixed it anx made it right promptly. Can't strike against them for that, some of the windows were difficult. Overall a good experience.
