I told my neighbors we posted it on our 140K plus followers on social media

Difficult to communicate with installers. One barely spoke English. The other never said a word in English, so I dont know if he could. They used my master bathroom without asking. Left my garden hose extended across my lawn, never told me they needed it or ask permission to use it. Left equipment in my kitchen, only a broom, but luckily was able to return it before they left. Didnt ask about pets, kept leaving my front door ajar, partially because of using an outlet. When I realized this, I moved the cable to an alternate plug to enable the door to close.

They've been great to work with answering all my questions and I was impressed with the install process, work and team.

All the workers were very efficient. They were very organized.

They showed up on time, finished the job and cleaned up all in the same day !

The final product looks great and the communication was mostly good throughout the process.

They have never finished the job. We were told they would come back to finish what we were told would be done and haven't. When I call I about it I am told I will call you back in 10 mins and no one ever calls. This has happened multiple times.
