I wanted a lower tub side to make it easier to get in and out and textured flooring to stand on to not slip with a nice shower head that doesn't leak from a company I could trust but not necessarily the over the top high end materials and cost for a little ranch home

Bathroom shower looks great. The guys that were out there for the install were very professional and courteous.

There was a blizzard on the day for the final measurements, so Chris rescheduled the appointment for the following day. I thought that showed Mad City really cares about their employees and didn’t expect them to risk their lives during the bad weather.

The guys they installed were great!!! The salesman lied to us about having water behind the shower he also said if we didnt sign it right away it would be a lot more if we called back then made us sign so we couldn’t change our minds. I wouldn’t want people to know what we did. Again the guys that installed were wonderful!!!

I would heartily recommend Mad City as they gave us peace of mind. Any issues they might find in our 70 year old walls would not require us to pay more, or any other workmen to be hired to manage a found problem. Fortunately, no major problems were discovered.

Two day project turned into a two week project. Partly due to waiting for inspection, but then the drywall crew had to come back three days to finish and used caulk that you can’t paint over. Finally had a guy put paintable caulking over the non paintable stuff to complete the project after we complained on the initial survey. Very costly project after all is said in done with all the work we had to miss to get it done and it’s essentially just a new shower and walls.

The price negotiate with sales person didn't represent our final loan paper amount. Will be talking with loan person today. Beautiful shower was installed with minor adjustments to be made.

Covering the doors leading to the rest of the house could prevent that dust from escaping into the rest of the house. Communication could be better when a project is going to be longer. Letting us know a better projected time or if it will run into the next day before the end of previous work day would have been nice.

The job was done quick but also done with good workmanship

Do not like the non-stop phone calls and high pressure sales pitch. Issues with a leak.

Be honest when selling! We were told that "we would NEVER have to use a squeegee to keep off water stains." Said that because they use RainX it would be necessary. WRONG! Had to use after first shower! The installers, Colby & Alex, told us, as they handed us a squeegee, that we must use this! Also told that all fixtures wouldn't ever have water deposits. "Practically self cleaning."

The guys were very polite and kept working until everything was completed. They would ask us where to put the grab bars and the fold up bench for the shower. The shower is perfect, we love it and don’t have to worry about getting in and out of the shower anymore Thank you Mad City!

If MC would follow up and return a phone call, I would be a lot happier. The product has some flaws as noted below, and the installation was problematic, however all but one of the issues were resolved, but one still is not with the loose grab bar.

I have had some issues with the product and how they prepared it for installation. Removal of tags, cleaning of windows inside and out, leaving caulk on the screens, MIsshapen screens and chipped window bottoms. First installers did not put down plastic or other to keep floor, heat ducts clean. Poor yard cleanup with first crew.

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience, the presentation was very informative and thorough. My products were ready before the expected time by several weeks and installed. My bathroom looks fabulous! Jesse did a great job with everything and was fabulous at keeping things neat and clean throughout the process, even vacuuming outside! 10 out of 10 would have them again!

I had an excellent experience with the crew installing the shower with mad city showers. This is an excellent product and the contractor and workers were very professional. My only hesitation is the cost of the product is extremely high. I understand it has an exceptional warranty, however
