The Technicians did a very good job in very short amount of time. I have no negative comments concerning the work that was done.
One day and done! Cost was half YES HALF what I expected to pay. Great group of people, who did perfect work. Got to love that.
We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the project.
The crew was courteous knowledgeable and efficient. It was a great experience.
The crew showed up on time and worked diligently to take off the roof we had. They tore off the roof, reroofed the entire house, and replaced two skylights that had been leaking over the years. They had to replace the damaged roof decking and install new skylights. We are happy with the results. The roof looks beautiful and we've had neighbors comment to us. We would highly recommend Oaks Roofing and Siding to anyone needing a new roof.
Oaks was amazing! Starting with our salesman Jeff. He explained everything well & didn’t try to push us into buying something more expensive. The project managers & workers were very polite & professional. You could ask the managers anything. Everything was done in a timely manner & cleaned up very well. I had my siding, roofing & gutters done. I would highly recommend them & not hesitate to use them again!
I was very impressed by the siding project completed by The Oaks team at my house. From the salesman to the installers, they kept me in the loop at each point. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.
Fantastic folk from the sales rep that came to the house to the folk that did the work required.
I decided to go with Oaks because I had read plenty of reviews that were positive and I felt they would do an accurate job the first time. My mistake for thinking this:
The office person was not getting back to me (as they were on vacation and I had no idea) so I spoke to another person about getting my project completed. I was told by this person that a "crew" was available the very next day and did I want them to get it completed. Of course I said YES. So they came the next day when expected and began the job. Half way through the job, I went out to see how it was going and noticed the corner posts were not the correct color as ordered. I informed John H of this. He looked at the boxes and told me they were the correct colors I picked. (Savannah Wicker for the corners) and the was Desert Tan for the clapboard. When I looked at the boxes myself, they both said Desert Tan. I asked John to look at the boxes again and at that point he agreed the color of the corner posts and clapboard was the same! So now there is a delay in the work because he had to call his supervisor and I called the person I spoke to the day before and told him what was going on. 30-35 minutes later the super brought the correct color corner posts. They had to rip the job down and begin from the beginning.Never was there an apology on anyone's behalf. When I questioned John as to why the colors on the boxes were not looked at before the job was started, he told me, " I'm not even supposed to be doing this job", quite curtly. When I asked why he was here, he never responded. I gave him cash as was instructed by Chad Meyers and he told me, "what am I supposed to do with this?" He ended up taking the cash but was not happy about it and somewhat rude! Are you kidding me????? I am extremely upset I had to deal with his behavior!!!!!
I also was charged and extra $70.00 for additonal supplies he had to buy and used.
The workmanship was beautiful. The sales force was understanding. They did it in a timely fashion and cleaned up extraordinarily well.
Jubilee is great. If I had known that subcontractors were used, my husband and I would have looked elsewhere. The subcontractors used mostly showed up when they felt like it. Did not like their attitude. When they did work, hurried through projects.
I feel like I was mislead through the process and overpaid for the service.
People were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and the price was fair for the job done.
Everyone that I dealt with at Oaks, from start to finish, was pleasant, professional and were attuned to my needs and concerns.
Very skilled work was done by Tom Wolf and his son Tom Jr. They were very attentive to detail and made beautiful cosmetic improvements. Their work made our 67 year old ranch house look like it was a new construction.
I found Oaks Construction to be true to their word. They promised and ensured customer satisfaction and responded quickly to any concerns or questions that I had. The workmanship on the roof was top notch.
Very professional, did a great job.
The two people who replaced our roof in that horrid heat did a great job. I have no complaints, and they did what they said they would do. It looks like they did a good job.
There was a bit of confusion about when the job was to be done. The men arrived over a week EARLY but everything was easily worked out and the roofing was great.
Excellent from first sales meeting to clean up and goodbyes
One crew comes does work states they will complete x, y, and z. Runs out of material, leaves before the work is done. After two or three weeks of calls and follow-ups, finally get a second crew to come out to finish work and leaves the work. The first crew did unfinished.
Then also second crew, repairman, signs the paperwork to release the CO before homeowner approval.
Salesperson and on-site manager were both very professional and helpful when we had any questions.
Would highly recommend. Very professional and good attitude of workers.
The crew did a great job from sales person to the roofers themselves
They are extremely thorough and pay great attention to any detail. The few issues we had were immediately resolved.
