Oaks was the third company I contacted about repairs. The previous two made me feel like they were trying to bilk my insurance company out of as much money as possible. When I called Oaks, Trey became my salesman. He listened to me and what I needed. He treated me with respect and kindness not like a used car salesman trying to sell me the universe. We discussed pricing and options - colors, siding style, etc. He made me aware of a sale and cash discount - because of his attentiveness and excellent customer service, I decided to replace the siding on the whole house, not just the damaged portion. Connor was my project manager. He was also very attentive, discussed options for some of the trim on the front of the house, and listened to my concerns about one particular wall. Turns out the wall had water damage from the original gutter installation. Connor and the crew made sure I was aware and repaired the wall. Any concerns I had were easily resolved. The house looks absolutely fantastic and I have received multiple compliments. Thank you Oaks!

The process seemed drawn out but it was likely because of the materials I needed

We had some problems with some of the windows that we wanted done. There were some windows taken out that we did not want done, so we had to pay for one we did not want completed. Everything else was good, other than the mess in the yard, as I am still picking up nails.

This was for snow removal from the roof, they came earlier than expected, worked together as a team, did the job quickly and left.
