The project was done promptly and efficiently. Everyone onsite was very helpful and friendly when I was there. Great experience

I did not like the way the roof was finished in the area where the sections of the house meet. The 'flashing' that was used is white or ivory in color and the roofing and siding are dark brown. I was told that there is no flashing that matches my house. I was told that the flashing installed can be painted to match the house, which leaves it to me to find someone to do that. This is especially frustrating because I mentioned that area to the salesman when the estimate was first done and I was hoping it would be fixed.

I would highly recommend Oaks. I had damage to my siding and flashing from high winds. Rich and Kevin came to do the repair. They were very professional and the house turned out great. Couldn't be happier.

Quoted very loosely and did not cover all requested items on first pass. When asked about this they said it would be modified as they got in to the work and defined needs. Had to request porch support posts numerous times and was finally scheduled well after roofing done. Had also requested two people doors on original quote that was missing. When asked about this after supports scheduled I was quoted $4600 for two doors which is outrageous and led me to believe they had no interest in doing this work on original quote request. Damaged ceiling inside house and pieces of roofing fell in to house which they said they were not responsible for nor for cleaning up although pictures were taken by on site manager. Smaller pieces of debris scattered in yard not raked up.

The loading is very good, the preamble process was very nice, but I feel like the finishing touches leave a little to be desired.

The Oaks team helped me to select siding that complimented the rest of the home. They completed the installation on time and on budget.

Better communication re what client has to do to prepare before roof installed. We did not anticipate the disaster left in our attic. Also, the work-up of shingle colors show more distinct colors. Our shingles are plain brown.

First of all I want to say that Nick was awesome! Very friendly, very thorough. He’s an asset to your company. We had 3 roofing estimates done. We would have gone with OAKS but the estimate was 14k more than the other 2. Not even in a do-able range. Should it have been closer in range with the other 2, we would have chosen OAKS based on our experience with Nick.

Every one that worked on my house was very friendly. They all worked very hard.

I spent over $250,000 on new siding, decking roof replacement, gutters, doors and more. The salesman who promised to be with me until the project was complete never returned a call after the contract was signed.

I had them install "James Hardy Board" siding which was is only supposed to be done by certified installers. They did a really poor job and I found out they are not Certified by James Hardy at all.

The Forman's on each phase of the job had no idea of what the tradesmen were doing. They were nowhere to be found when i called with issues. They used the wrong decking boards and installed the front door backwards.

I tried on three different occasion to speak to someone who could help but never got a return call. There was only one person at this company that was worth talking to but it was at the very end of the project and i think the only reason he started calling me was so they could get paid.

I would absolutely recommend anyone needing any work done to avoid this company.

Hard working crew made sure to go the extra step and provide details on the siding that we did not even expect. That siding crew was amazing, they could craft anything! Joe the stone mason took pride in his work and made sure we were happy with all aspects. John that worked on our porch railing and deck skirting was a real craftsman. All around skilled work in every area of our house makeover.

The project was quoted and discounted which was a major factor in my decision to move forward. When it was determined ther was an overrun from the original quote it was not discounted at all. I am not implying there was any subterfuge or deception on anyone’s part.

We are very happy with the overall project.

The trim installation around my back storm door was professionally done but when they pried out the metal trim next to the new installation, they left a space and did not caulk. I had to finish the job myself. Also, they did not leave the paint cover with the color code so I could order more paint.

Hired Oaks to install new porch roof. Told salesman Mike Bleir of one leaky shingle over garage. He said crew would replace it during porch roof installation. Oaks did not replace leaky shingle. Nate, who was in charge, said replacing the one shingle would have been too much work. This porch roof cost me $5,400. In 2018 I paid Oaks $15,400 for a new house roof. Now they would not replace one bad shingle even though I was told they would. By the way, I have three bundles of shingles in my garage. Kick a good customer in the teeth.
